Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 10 January 2022 episode starts with Abhimanyu venting out his anger on Akshara and putting her hand in the water to wash the Mehndi away but breaks the water bowl.

Meanwhile, Dadi and Kairav check the Mehndi of other couples and declare Anand and Mahima as the winning couple.

At the same time, Abhimanyu walks away from Akshara saying they are strangers to each other from now on leaving Akshara crying in pain.

On the other hand, Arohi gets caught by Neil and he decides to tell Abhi about Arohi’s truth.

Back in the house, Mahima asks about Arohi. 

Other members of the house ask Akshara about Arohi when Arohi enters the house and lies that she went out because of an urgent case in the hospital.

Mahima tries to outwit Arohi by asking her about the jewelry store from where she brought the necklace but Arohi escapes the situation.

Out of the house, Neil rides on Abhi’s bike to tell him the truth but Abhimanyu asks him to get off.

Akshara asks Arohi the reason for her going out but she lies again.

At that moment, Neil takes Akshara to the side and tells her all about Arohi’s doings.

When Arohi comes out of the house, Akshara questions Arohi but she runs away from her to do the surgery with Mahima.

However, Akshara misunderstands that Arohi is going to do something wrong and runs after her.

Akshara gets hit by a car and reaches Birla hospital while Abhimanyu also senses something wrong.

At the hospital, Mahima is surprised by Arohi’s presence.

Kairav at home worries about Akshara.

Meanwhile, the supporting staff informs Abhimanyu about an emergency case.

Abhimanyu is shattered to see Akshara in that state.
