Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 10th July 2023 episode starts with Abheer waking up with a start and running down the hall calling Akshara and hiccupping furiously. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu runs after him asking him if he is feeling alright. 

Others also gather around Abheer on hearing the noise while Manjari tells Abhimanyu to take him to the hospital as his hiccups are not stopping. 

As Abhimanyu turns to take Abheer to the hospital, he sees Akshara standing at the door with Abheer’s blanket. 

Akshara comes forward looking lovingly at Abheer. 

Meanwhile, Abheer becomes happy that Akshara has come to take him back. 

Manjari comes to her asking her why is she here and if she wanted to come then she should have called. 

Abhimanyu interrupts her telling Akshara that Manjari is only concerned as she came so late in the night. 

Akshara tells them that she has come to give the blanket to Abheer who cannot sleep without it.

Abheer gets angry and runs away telling Akshara that he does not want it. 

Manjari tells Akshara meaningfully that if things related to Abheer’s past keep coming into his present then he will not be able to adjust it and that is why Abheer has rejected it. 

However, Aarohi takes the blanket from Akshara telling her that Abheer might want it later. 

Abhinav also comes inside apologising to Abhimanyu for coming so late while Abhimanyu tells him that they can come there anytime. 

Abhinav looks around to catch a glimpse of Abheer but Akshara tells him that he is asleep. 

Later, Abheer watches Akshara and Ahinav leave from the window while they keep looking back hoping to see him.

After a while, Abhinav and Akshara arrive home to see Manish and others waiting for him.

Akshara tells Manish that she has changed places with Abhimanyu and now she is making excuses to meet Abheer. 

Meanwhile, Manish tells her that every parent feels the same and they have a different way to express themselves.

At Birla House, Manjari tells Abhimanyu to not give Abheer’s old thing as it will not help him move forward to a new place. 

Abhimanyu looks confused after Manjari’s advice while Aarohi comes to him telling him that this blanket will just add a small band-aid on a very deep wound and can only provide little comfort to him. 

She tells him to try and imagine what will Ruhi feel if she is sent to live with strangers. 

Abhimanyu tells Aarohi that he is trying his best to make Abheer feel at home while Aarohi tells him that it is not enough as the whole situation is very traumatic for Abheer who needs his mother. 

She tells him that very soon he will become a person who has separated him from his parents and that Abheer’s happiness is only with Abhinav and Akshara. 

In her room, Akshara is restless while Abhinav offers her different pillow choices to make her comfortable but Akshara continues to be uncomfortable until Abhinav offers her his arm to lie on. 

Later, Abhinav tells Akshara stories of Abheer’s school life and the projects that they made for him all night. 

Elsewhere, Abhimanyu prays for Abheer’s happiness and well-being and settles his blanket on him before leaving. 

Later, Abheer puts a pillow on either side assuming them to be Abhinav and Akshara, and lies thinking about them. 

The next morning, Suhasini gives Muskaan the responsibility to perform Aarti while Muskaan tells her that if she does not mind Akshara should do the honours as she sings the best Aarti’s. 

On being asked, Akshara apologises to Suhasini telling them that she will not sing Aarti anymore.
