Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 10th March 2023 episode starts with Surekha telling Suhasini that there is a possibility that Abhimanyu and Akshara want to end this charade of marriage and come back again. 

Seeing Abhinav standing at the door, Surekha comes to him and questions him about not behaving as husband and wife with each other. 

She asks him if he knew from the beginning that Akshara will one day run back to Abhimanyu again. 

Abhinav looks angry and walks away from there. 

Meanwhile, Akshara is sitting outside trying to get grip on her feelings while Manjari’s words echo in her ears. 

Elsewhere, Abheer asks Abhinav what has happened and why is everyone sad all of a sudden. 

Abhinav is not able to lie and tells Abheer to give him some time to process things while Surekha’s words and Akshara’s expressions flash in his mind. 

Later, Abhinav comes to Akshara and seeing her struggle with her feeling tells her that he has started building hopes for their future together when she asked him to remove Ji from their names.

However, today’s episode has made him confused and he is finding it hard to ask her if she still loves Abhimanyu. 

He is scared that he will not survive if Akshara answers yes. 

Just then, Ruhi returns from school and talks about Aarohi and Abhimanyu’s wedding preparations. 

Akshara hugs her while Abhimanyu is being prepared for the surgery. 

In the meantime, Kairav comforts Manjari and others while Aarohi wonders why Abhimanyu was calling Akshara. 

Just then, Mahima comes out asking the staff to arrange more blood. 

Meanwhile, Anand is worrying about Abhimanyu's bleeding which is not stopping. 

On the other hand, Abheer and Ruhi overhear Swarna talking to Manish about Abhimanyu and get worried. 

Kairav and Parth work on arranging more blood for Abhimanyu. 

After a while, Akshara comforts Ruhi, telling her that God will make Abhimanyu alright again. 

Later, Abheer tells Ruhi that they will pray to God and will make him listen to them. 

Akshara and Swarna feel overwhelmed by the feelings of concern in Ruhi and Abheer. 

Later, Abhinav tells them that Shiv she has listened to their prayers and that they should continue to pray, and that Abhimanyu will be fine soon. 

Later, Ruhi sleeps in Abheer’s lap while Swarna offers to put her to bed but Abheer tells her that it is ok for him. 

Suhasini explains the beauty of siblings' love while Akshara praises Abheer for being the best brother. 

After a while, Abheer tells Akshara that he wants to go to meet Abhimanyu.

Akshara refuses his request while Suhasini also tells Abheer that children are not allowed at the hospital. 

Abheer asks God that should he not go and save Abhimanyu just the way Abhimanyu saved Abhinav. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu's surgery continues while Manjari is feeling worried about the time it is taking. 

On the other hand, Abheer is all set to go to meet Abhimanyu in the night with the GPS guiding his way.
