Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 10th May 2023 episode starts with Abhimanyu telling Akshara that no one can take his son away from him.

Meanwhile, Akshara asks him if he will separate Abheer from his mother and Abhinav without whom he cannot sleep at night. 

However, Abhimanyu tells her that Abheer is his son and is being taken from him but he will not let it happen. 

On hearing that he is the one dragging the issue when she has come to clear the misunderstanding, Abhimanyu tells her that the issue is not trivial as he needs to take action or else, people will think that he never wanted his son. 

Seeing Abhimanyu’s stubbornness, Akshara challenges him that he can fight as much as he wants but should never underestimate a power of a mother who can shake the foundations of the whole world to protect her children.

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu also tells her that when a father is tested, then he can shake not only this world but the other worlds too. 

Meanwhile, Manish is trying to call Abhimanyu, worrying about Akshara when Akshara comes back and tells them that Abhimanyu has refused to back down and will see them in court. 

Kairav gets angry and tells Manish that he knew that Abhimanyu will do this only while Manish tells him that it is all his doing. 

On being asked to talk to Abhimanyu, Manish tells Swarna that he is too ashamed to talk to Abhimanyu knowing that his own children are at fault. 

Seeing Kairav favour Akshara, Manish tells Kairav that the fault lies with both parties as Akshara should not have kept the secret from Abhimanyu and he only worries that it will make Abheer suffer. 

Aarohi Confronts Abhimanyu

Later, Aarohi comes to Abhimanyu complaining to him about not discussing it with her before deciding on Abheer’s custody. 

She also tells him that ever since he and Manjari has found out about Abheer, she and Ruhi has stopped existing for them. 

However, Abhimanyu tells her that he has not forgotten his promise to his brother and Ruhi is equally important for him as Abheer. 

Aarohi tells her that before Abheer, the place only belonged to Ruhi and she will not accept Abheer in his life. 

She also tells him that she will not compromise Ruhi’s happiness and will not let Ruhi make adjustments to accommodate his wishes. 

Akshara Prepares For Battle

Elsewhere, Akshara tells everyone that they have no option but to fight with Abhimanyu while Manish tells her that it is her lies that have brought him to this day. 

However, Akshara tells him that if they do not prepare for the fight, then they will lose Abheer to Abhimanyu. 

She tells them that she has been studying law for this day only and although she is not completely ready but her being a mother will compensate for her lack of skill.

She tells them that she will go to any length to keep her child with her no matter how much they try to break her but she will not give up. 

Abhinav is scared of losing the case while Akshara assures him that they do not have an option of losing Abheer. 

Abhimanyu Accompanies Ruhi

Later, Abhimanyu is about to leave for court when Ruhi comes to take him to her PTM.

However, Aarohi tells Ruhi that Abhimanyu has other important work and will not go with her. 

Ruhi refuses to believe that anything can be more important than her for Abhimanyu and insists on going with him. 

Seeing taunt in Aarohi’s eyes, Abhimanyu agrees to go and tells Manjari to handle everything in court. 

The next day, Suhasini tells Akshara and Abhinav to not lose hope and that God will put everything to right. 

Meanwhile, Abheer comes down and tells Akshara that he will pray for Akshara and Doc Man that both pass the exam they will be appearing in. 

After a while, Akshara arrives at the court with Manish, Kairav and Abhinav and finds Manjari and Anand waiting for them. 

Soon, the lawyers begin to argue and attack each other while Abhimanyu’s lawyer begins to question Akshara’s motherhood for bestowing the responsibility of her child to a person who is himself an orphan.
