Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 11th February 2023 episode starts with Suhasini telling Kairav and Manish that she wants to meet Akshara on her birthday as she doesn’t know if there will be another year in her life or not

Manish promises Suhasini that he will do her best to bring Akshara home. 

Abheer bike toy touches Akshara’s feet and triggers memories of the past while someone humming a song reminds Abhimanyu of Akshara. 

Later, Akshara gets agitated at not being able to repair her dress and tells Abhinav to bring a new saree for her. 

Abheer, Abhinav, and Akshara come to the restaurant where Akshara unlike her nature allows Abheer to order whatever he wants. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu brings Aarohi and Ruhi to the restaurant. 

Just then, Ruhi’s friend's mother comes to greet them and misunderstands Abhimanyu to be Aarohi’s husband. 

Ruhi clears the misunderstanding and tells her friend's mother that her father has become a star. 

Elsewhere, Abhinav tells Akshara that there is something that he wants to say for a long time and today he wants to say it. 

Akshara looks anxious and worried and tells Abhinav to say what he wants. 

Abhinav tells her that it is about love and if they were a normal couple in love and if they would have been divorced then too he would not be able to forget her. 

He tells her that it is alright to live with her memories as they are not easy to forget. 

Abhinav tells her to take her time and not fight with them as it will pain her more and there is no need to feel guilty about it. 

Akshara feels relieved to hear Abhinav’s assuring words and tells him that she hopes that that day come soon when she is free from all those memories. 

Later, Manjari is happy to see Abhimanyu and Aarohi together with Ruhi. 

Ruhi tells her about her friend’s mother’s misunderstanding about Aarohi and Abhimanyu.

Manjari feels sad and tells Abhimanyu why can he not move on in life and make Aarohi his wife. 

Abhimanyu tells her that he will move in his life but this is not the solution to her problem. 

He requests her to not force him this way.

Meanwhile, Kairav waits at the bus stop for Muskaan whose bus soon arrives/

Muskaan calls him after getting down but he rudely speaks to her.

Muskaan remains unimpressed and continues to talk in her usual jovial mood. 

Later, Akshara and Abhinav come back home from their monthly shopping and Akshara thinks of calling Muskaan.

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu watches Aarohi eating jam and remembers that he has not paid for it. 

He calls Abhinav who tells Akshara that Abhimanyu is calling.
