Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 11th March 2023 episode starts with Manjari crying, thinking about the operation taking so much time. 

In the meantime, Dr. Rohan tells Dr. Anand that Abhimanyu is getting less and less stable.

Mahima refuses to give up and tells Anand that they cannot let anything happen to Abhimanyu. 

She tells Abhimanyu to fight while Anand tells her that this is happening due to severe blood loss.  

On the other hand, Muskaan comes to check up on the children and gets worried about not finding Abheer. 

Meanwhile, Abheer is walking on the road with a stone in one hand and a mobile in another. 

Just then, two muggers follow Abheer with the intention to kidnap him. 

At the hospital, Manjari asks Dr. Rohan how he is doing while Dr. Rohan tells her that Abhimanyu’s life is in danger as there is very little chance of his survival. 

Manjari and the others are shocked and Manjari begins to cry saying that Abhimanyu cannot leave her alone. 

Meanwhile, Akshara comes to check up on Abheer and asks Muskaan if Abheer is asleep. 

Muskaan lies to Akshara but calls Kairav to tell him about Abheer’s situation. 

Kairav tells her to start on the road to the hospital and he will trace the steps from the hospital to home and somewhere they will find Abheer. 

On the other hand, Manjari prays to God for some miracle to save Abhimanyu as she does not have the strength to lose another son. 

Later, Akshara finds Abheer’s note and comes running to Abhinav. 

After a while, Mahima tells Anand that Abhimanyu’s condition is still critical and the next 24 hours are crucial for him. 

In the meantime, Kairav finds Abheer hiding behind the tree and Muskaan also comes there.

Abhinav is relieved to hear from Muskaan that Abheer is safe and he is bringing him home. 

However, Abheer refuses to go back and tells Kairav that if he will not take him to the hospital, then he will run again. 

Meanwhile, Akshara is anxious for Abheer and tells Abhinav that Abheer should not have gone to Abhimanyu.

Abhinav tells her that she should not stop Abheer from meeting Abhimanyu as they are attached to each other by blood and blood relations are too powerful to ignore. 

He also tells her that Abheer does not know about his relationship with Abhimanyu and yet he has been worried for him ever since he found out about his accident. 

At the hospital, Abheer comes to Abhimanyu’s room and applies the Holy ashes on Abhimanyu, and prays to God to make him better. 

Abheer’s touch works like magic and Abhimanyu’s pulse begins to settle. 

Both the families watch Abheer and Abhimanyu together and feel happy at Abhimanyu’s recovery. 

Later, Abheer comes out and tells Manjari to not cry as God will soon make Abhimanyu better. 

On their way, Abheer tells Akshara that he will have to come back to meet Abhimanyu as he listens to him and will get better while he is around.
