Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 11th September 2023 episode starts with Akshara telling Abhimanyu that she cannot find Manjari anywhere.

Abhimanyu tells her that he has found Manjari’s phone but there is no sign of Mnajari. 

In the meantime, Muskaan has picked up Abheer from school and they are on their way when Abheer spots Manjari and asks Muskaan to stop the car.

Muskaan is about to stop the car when she sees Kairav and Pallavi together in a car and asks the driver to follow his car. 

She ignores Abheer’s request telling him that she must not be Manjari. 

Meanwhile, Manjari is feeling dizzy and stands holding a bell near the Shivling. 

Just then, Abhimanyu and Akshara see Manjari and come to rescue her just before she faints. 

Abheer insists to turn the car and reach Manjari while Muskaan tells him that Manjari is just out of the hospital and must be resting. 

However, Kairav’s car disappears from her sight while she talks with Abheer.

Elsewhere, Aarohi injects Manjari while Mahima tells Abhimanyu that he will have to take care of Manjari. 

Abhimanyu once again feels under the spell of Manjari’s screams and blocks all the voices around him. 

Later, Akshara follows him and prays to God to help Abhimanyu come out of his guilt. 

On the other hand, Manish and Swarna are worried for Akshara who is not picking up her phone and wonders where she has gone. 

Just then, Akshara comes back and everyone asks them where she has been. 

Akshara explains the situation to everyone while Muskaan realizes that Abheer wistelling the truth.

Abheer tells them that he had seen Manjari but Muskaan did not listen. 

Manish and Suhasini question Muskaan for not paying attention to Abheer and send Abheer to his room before further discussion. 

Muskaan tries to explain to herself that she thinks Abheer must have misunderstood and she was getting late for office. 

Akshara also berates Muskaan for not caring for Abhimanyu and his family because of her hatred. 

However, Muskaan tells her that it was not hatred but love that made her ignore Abheer. 

Seeing the confusion on everyone’s faces, Muskaan brings Kairav forward and tells them that she has seen Kairav and his manager having a gala time during office hours. 

Everyone looks shocked and asks Kairav to explain himself while Kairav tells Muskaan that there is no need to create a scene and they can talk separately. 

However, Muskaan accuses him of not paying attention to her and labeling her suspicious wife with a cheap mentality. 

Akshara looks questioningly at Kairav while he tells Akshara that it is his and Muskaan’s matter and he needs to talk to her alone. 

Later, Akshara gets a call from Neelam Amma telling her that she has sent someone for heart surgery to Abhimanyu but the hospital is saying that Abhimanyu will not do the surgery.

She asks Akshara to request Abhimanyu to help her in this matter as those people went there with hope. 

Akshara feels conflicted at Neelam Amma’s request when Kairav comes there and tells her that he is unlucky in love. 

Akshara tells him that when a partner is insecure the other partner needs to handle the situation with sensitivity. 

Seeing Kairav worried, Akshara tells him that she has one idea. 

The next morning, Neelam Amma’s relative insists on getting the surgery done by Abhimanyu and refuses other doctors.

Aarohi also tells Akshara that the patient needs to have faith in her doctor. 

Just then, Akshara comes to Abhimanyu and tells him to come out of his guilt as he needs to do this surgery.
