Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 12th February 2023 episode starts with Abhinav getting a call from Abhimanyu and telling Akshara about it. 

Abhimanyu apologises to Abhinav for not making the payment on time and asks him how much he owes them. 

Akshara tells Abhinav to tell him that they have sent the jam as a gift and will not be taking money for it. 

Abhimanyu overhears her and chides himself for calling and not messaging. 

Akshara also feels overwhelmed after hearing Abhimanyu’s voice. 

Meanwhile, Muskaan realizes that she has called Kairav a volcano and changes her words saying, she meant Jharna (waterfall). 

Kairav glares at her while she drops her suitcase on his feet. 

Later, Kairav puts her suitcase in the car while Muskaan contemplates sitting in another person's car as she has only sat with Abhinav.

Kairav threatens to put her in the car which brings her to action. 

Later, Muskaan is shocked to see Goenka's house and wonders how Akshara manages to live in a small house when she is used to the comforts of this house. 

Manish, Swarna, and Suhasini welcome Muskaan with open arms and tell her that she will be living with them and not going to the hostel. 

Muskaan confers with Akshara on the phone and she assures her that she is in good hands.

In the meantime, Aarohi tells Abhimanyu that Parth is the one who has been dealing with hospital equipment. 

Later, Akshara gets worried to hear voices outside, and Abheer shouts and is shocked to see Abhinav beating a man while people surround them. 

Akshara stops Abhinav while Abhinav tells the man that he should not have touched his son. 

After a while, Akshara brings Abhinav inside and tells him to not move from his place. 

Meanwhile, Shefali tells Parth to come clean to the family about the CT scan machine. 

Parth gets angry and slaps her hard which throws Shefali far dropping the things. 

Just then, the family members come there and ask Parth and Shefali what has happened. 

Shefali lies to everyone but Abhimanyu does not believe her and tells Parth that though he is elder than him if there will be any need, he will correct him. 

Meanwhile, Abhinav tells Akshara and Abheer that every father becomes a hero if his child is threatened and he can also fight the world. 

Elsewhere, Manjari is coming to cool Abhimanyu’s anger and feels happy to see Aarohi do the same. 

Aarohi tells Abhimanyu to let her investigate the machine case and he relaxes until things become clear. 

Later, Ruhi brings a jar of fenugreek seeds for her project which triggers Abhimanyu’s memories of Akshara and he drops the jar. 

On the other hand, Akshara also comes across the packet of fenugreek seeds and becomes anxious thinking of Abhimanyu. 

Later, Abhimanyu apologizes to Shefali for interfering in her matter and tells her that he is always here for her. 

However, Shivansh's phone at the time reminds Shefali of what is at stake.
