Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 12th March 2023 episode starts with Abhimanyu hallucinating Akshara’s presence near him.

Manjari asks Mahima to shift Abhimanyu home as he will recover better with his family around him. 

After careful thinking, Mahima agrees and tells her staff to make arrangements.

Meanwhile, Goenkas are thankful for Abhimanyu being safe while Suhasini tells Abheer that he was wrong to go out alone but what he did for Abhimanyu is very good. 

After a while, Abhir asks Akshara for his medicines while Akshara recalls she has left her purse at the hospital. 

Abhinav understands Akshara's dilemma and tells her that he will bring it back. 

Akshara tells him to let it be while Abhinav tells her that he understands that a woman's world is in her bag and he cannot let her world go array on his watch. 

However, Akshara tries to explain her previous behavior but Abhinav tells her that this is not the time to talk about it. 

Later, Neelam Amma's phone pinches Abhinav's feelings.

Aarohi Second Guess Her Decision

Elsewhere, Aarohi is thinking about Akshara and Abhimanyu and tells Shefali that she should not go through with this engagement. 

However, Shefali tells her that this episode with Akshara is only an after-effect of the accident and as far as she understands Akshara, she would have done the same for anyone. 

Just then Manjari also comes there and tells Aarohi to fight for what she wants and not give up so easily. 

She tells Aarohi to go to Akshara and tell her what she wants.

Meanwhile, Abhinav comes to Abhimanyu's room and tells Abhimanyu to be happy and get well soon. 

As he is leaving, Abhimanyu stops him by holding Akshara's bag while he looks at him puzzled. 

On the other hand, Akshara is sitting in her room when Aarohi comes there telling Akshara to go back. 

In the hospital, Abhimanyu tells Abhinav that his happiness is with him and requests him to return his Akshara to him.

Aarohi Tells Akshara To Go Back

In the meantime, Aarohi tells Akshara that she does not know whether today's episode was the climax of the old story or the beginning of the new episode but she cannot afford to let anything else be added to their story. 

She tells her that she cannot let Ruhi lose her father again as everything turned bad with her arrival. 

Aarohi begs Akshara to not take Ruhi's father away from her and that she should go back to her life with Abhinav and let her live her life with Abhimanyu. 

Meanwhile, upon hearing Aksahra's name from Abhimanyu, Abhinav gets angry and tells him that if he hadn't been in this condition and if Akshara never loved him that he would have raised his hand to him for speaking like this about his wife. 

However, Abhimanyu tells him to go ahead and beat Akshara's memory out of him but he can assure him that he will fail too. 

On the other hand, Aarohi tells Akshara that if she stays here then their life will once again turn upside down and no one will have any happiness in life. 

Seeing Aarohi leave, Akshara stops her.

Abhimanyu Wants Akshara

At the hospital, Abhinav angrily tells Abhimanyu that he has no right to talk about his wife as she is a stranger to him now. 

Abhinav also tells him that he should at least remember what belongs to him and what does not as talking about someone else's wife is wrong. 

Abhimanyu tells him that despite knowing that this is wrong, he cannot stop himself from talking about Akshara. 

Adding, Abhimanyu tells Abhinav that he is not talking about some random person but Akshara who he always loved and who was taken away from him by fate. 

Abhinav stares intensely into Abhimanyu's eyes and tells him that he is asking for something that fate has given him. 

Seeing Abhinav leave, Abhimanyu tells him that he loves Akshara while Abhinav tells him that he is calling his obstinacy love. 

However, Abhimanyu tells him that he should not call his love his obstinacy. 

He also tells Abhinav that Abhinav has come between him and Akshara because Akshara admits it or not but the truth is that she still loves him.
