Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 12th September 2023 episode starts with Parents telling Jyoti that the doctor is very good and she will be cured very soon. 

Aarohi asks Akshara about Abhimanyu telling her that the surgery is complicated and Abhimanyu’s presence would have been better. 

Akshara understands that but is helpless and wishes them good luck. 

In the meantime, Jyoti’s parents tell Akshara that Jyoti is their only daughter and Abhimanyu’s absence is scaring them. 

Akshara tells them not to worry and prays to God to help Abhimanyu come out of his guilt.

Just then Abhimanyu comes there in scrubs and apologises to the parents for forgetting his duty for some time. 

Afterwards, Akshara looks at Abhimanyu’s nameplate and feels sad for overreacting. 

Muskaan In Hot Waters With Kairav

On the other hand, Kairav drags Muskaan to the cafe and shows her Pallavi being proposed by her boyfriend. 

Muskaan becomes happy to see that while Kairav tells her that he hopes that she will now be at peace and that he is not part of Pallavi’s life. 

He reminds Muskaan about the incident at their Haldi ceremony when that boy sent her video to them and that he never asked a single question her because he trusted her but she kept on doubting him despite many explanations. 

Seeing Muskaan ashamed, Kairav asks her how she expects him to be the only one carrying the burden of marriage. 

Abhimanyu Asks For Akshara's Help

On the other hand, Abhimanyu tells the parents that the surgery went very well but recovery will take some time. 

Later, Akshara apologises to Abhimanyu for breaking his nameplate and tells him to get a new one. 

However, Abhimanyu tells her that she has saved it from breaking and reminds him that he will always be a doctor first. 

Abhimanyu also tells her that he is ready to meet Manjari but before that, he needs her help to do something for her.

The next day, Suhasini praises Akshara’s idea to dress up in Maharashtrian style for the Ganpati celebration while Akshara tells her that she is doing it to lift Manjari’s mood. 

Just then Abheer comes there, dressed to the nines and everyone praises him. 

As they are about to leave they recall Muskaan’s absence when she comes there and apologises to Kairav for doubting him. 

She tells him that it was her fear of losing a loved one again after Abhinav but now she has realised that her fear is taking her family away from her and she does not want that anymore. 

Akshara appreciates Muskaan’s honesty and tells her that she has proved how much she loves them. 

Later, Muskaan asks Kairav if he has forgiven her but Kairav tells her that he has forgiven her once but they are back to the same place so this time he will need some time.

Abhimanyu Finally Meet Manjari

On the other hand, everyone is busy decorating at the Birla house when Manajri comes there and Mahima and Anand assure her that everything will be fine. 

In the meantime, Abhimanyu walks away from Manjari without meeting her eyes while Manjari longs to hug him. 

Just then children from the orphanage come there and Ruhi takes them inside to play. 

Meanwhile, Manjari asks Abhimanyu how long will he avoid her while Abhimanyu tells him that he has failed to protect her and it is because of him she is in bad shape. 

Manjari tells him that she is alright while he reminds her that she is not well because she has developed fear and until she faces her fear he will not feel ok. 

Just then Goenkas comes there with Holy sweets while Akshara hands it to Aarohi that Jyoti’s mother has sent it while Aarohi tells her that she has not prepared anything because she knew about them. 

Later, Akshara comes to help Abhimanyu put on the cap while Abhimanyu experiences a flashback of their time together and runs away from there. 

After a while, Ruhi and Abheer collide with Aarohi and drop the plate of Holy sweets.
