Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 13th February 2023 episode starts with Swarna serving Kachori (fried Bread) for breakfast while Muskaan tells her about Akshara’s life in Kasauli. 

Suhasini praises Akshara’s wisdom and tells Manish to call Akshara as she is tired of hearing their stories alone. 

On call, Suhasini tells Akshara that she is not fit enough to travel but if she refuses to come on her birthday then she will come and if something happens to her on the way then she will be responsible. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu and Arohi come to Goenka’s house with Ruhi. 

Just then Muskaan comes there and sees Abhimanyu standing there while Abhimanyu is equally shocked to see Muskaan. 

Manish introduces them to Muskaan while Ruhi breaks the ice telling Muskaan she is very pretty. 

Abhimanyu pretends to not know her but later nods in acknowledgement.

Kairav observes the exchange and wonders what is it all about. 

In the meantime, Akshara is stuck in the bathroom as she forgot to take her clothes with her. 

As she is about to retrieve them, Abhinav comes home and realises Akshara’s dilemma and feels awkward himself. 

However, collecting courage, he picks up her clothes and passes them on to her while both feel embarrassed at the situation. 

Abhinav feels shy in the situation when Neelam Amma comes there and teases him for being shy with his wife. 

Abhinav tells her to take heart and not embarrass him and tells her to go as these talks do not suit her age. 

Afterwards, Abhinav asks Akshara what has her so occupied that she forgot something so important which has never happened before. 

On hearing about Suhasini's request, Abhinav tells her that it is her decision but her family never accepted her decision to stay away from her.  

Meanwhile, Swarna tells Ruhi about Muskaan living with them as she has got a job in Udaipur. 

In the meantime, Aarohi observes Abhimanyu and Muskaan exchanging looks and wonders what is it all about. 

Later, Abhinav, Abheer and Akshara are sitting outside under the stars lost in their thoughts. 

Abheer asks them if they had a fight like Golu’s parents. 

Abhinav and Akshara tell them that there is no fight and composes themselves for Abheer’s sake. 

Later, Abheer goes to get pencil paper when Akshara gets a call from Suhasini. 

She wants to know Akshara’s decision about her request.

On hearing hesitation in Akshara’s voice, she threatens to die if she does not come to Udaipur for her birthday. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu is wondering about Muskaan not recognising him in front of Goenkas and realises that she knows about him and Akshara and wonders if Abhinav also knows the truth.  

Meanwhile, Abhinav tells Akshara that there is no point running away as she will come back to the same spot as the world is round. 

Akshara asks him why she has to go back to the same place while Abhimanyu wonders why is Muskaan coming here to complicate matters.

Meanwhile, Manish tries to comfort Suhasini to not feel distressed about Akshara. 

However, Suhasini is being oversensitive and tells Manish that she will go to her if Akshara does not come home this time. 

Later, Aarohi comes to make small talk with Muskaan who tells her that Akshara has told her so much about them that she does not feel strange about being with them. 

Aarohi asks Muskaan if Akshara is happy and is relieved to hear that she is super happy. 

Later, Abhinav watches Akshara study till late at night and tells her that putting stress on one’s shoulders or heart will make the person tired so it is better to put it aside from time to time.
