Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 13th March 2023 episode starts with Abhimanyu telling Abhinav that Akshara still loves him whether she admits it or not. 

However, Abhinav swears to Lord Krishna that if Akshara loves Abhimanyu, then he will get out of the way. 

He tells him that if there is a one percent chance that she wants to come back to Abhimanyu, then he will not stop her because love is not to be caged but soars in the open sky and Akshara finds his home open sky then, she can live with him or else go.

Meanwhile, Akshara tells Aarohi that they both are mothers now and that, being a mother changes perspective to see the world but Aarohi's habit of blaming others is still intact. 

On the other hand, Abhinav tells Abhimanyu that had he been Akshara’s husband only then he would have wanted her tied to him but he is her friend too.

Abhimanyu accepts the challenge saying that now, his Akshu will decide for them while Abhinav tells him that they will see whether Akshu or Akshara will make a decision. 

After a while, Abhimanyu, Abhinav, Aarohi, and Akshara are lost in their thoughts about their future. 

The next day, Ruhi puts a butterfly pillow near Abhimanyu while he lies unconscious. 

Mahima tells Manjari that Abhimanyu was restless the whole night and is now under heavy medication. 

She tells Aarohi to monitor Abhimanyu and take care of him.

The next day, Akshara is saying goodbye to everyone while Abheer tells them to stop him as he does not want to go before Holi. 

Hearing Abheer expresses his wish to meet Ruhi, Surekha taunts Akshara for not meeting Aarohi. 

Akshara tells Manish that she will never come back here and cries wholeheartedly before leaving. 

All the Goenkas are sad and feel helpless as they cannot ask their daughter to stay longer. 

On being asked by Suhasini to take care of Akshara, Abhinav tells her that he will never put his happiness above Akshara's.

Later, Abhimanyu dreams about Akshara who tells him that she has come back to live with him forever.

Waking up from a dream, Abhimanyu gets restless and tells himself that he cannot let Akshara go away from him as he cannot live without her.

Abhimanyu gets up and prepares himself to meet Akshara and is about to leave when Shefali comes to his room and stops him from leaving. 

However, Abhimanyu tells her that he is going to get Akshara back as he cannot live without her. 

Meanwhile, Akshara stops the car seeing the temple on the way, and tells Abhinav that she wants all her memories and moments in Udaipur in God’s feet so nothing goes with them to Kasauli. 

Just then, Shefali calls Akshara asking her where she is. 

Later, Shefali tells Abhimanyu that Akshara is at the Shiv temple.
