Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 14th May 2023 episode starts with Abhinav telling Abhimanyu to value important things but not run after meaningless things. 

He also tells him that he can do anything in the world for Abheer and will never let him go because he is most precious to him. 

Abhinav tells Abhimanyu that now that he is a determined father and he will definitely find a way to earn wealth. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu also tells him he is equally determined to get Abheer and nothing can stop him now. 

Muskaan Confess Her Feelings To Akshara

Elsewhere, Muskaan presents Neelam Amma with a beautiful watch and has brought gifts for everyone with her first salary making Neelam Amma feels proud. 

Meanwhile, Muskaan hesitantly asks Neelam Amma to forgive Kairav for he has apologised to her many times.

Further, Kairav jumps with joy feeling relieved to hear that Neelam Amma has forgiven him and offers to take her to the temple.

Just then Akshara sees a beautifully wrapped gift and goes to check it thinking that it is for Abheer. 

However, seeing a special message for Kairav, Akshara looks up while Muskaan looks guilty and tells Akshara that she likes Kairav a lot.

Akshara asks Muskaan if Kairav also feels the same for her but Muskaan tells her that they have not confessed their feelings for each other. 

She tells Akshara that the way Kairav cares for her and scolds her shows his care for her and she had also heard him say it to someone on the phone which is why she is taking a step towards him.

Muskaan also tells her that if she will not approve then she will stop however, Akshara expresses her happiness and tells her that she would want her to have all the happiness in the world. 

Abhinav is Hard At Work

Later, Abhinav is working hard taking back-to-back rides to make the most of the day and night while Akshara waits for him at home. 

Abhinav returns home dishevelled and tired at home and finds Akshara waiting for him with food. 

Seeing his tired face, Akshara feeds him with her hands and tells him that he will have to rest as well or else he will get sick

However, Abhinav recalls Abhimanyu’s challenge and tells her that his son is too important for him and he cannot rest for his sake. 

The next day, Abhimanyu prepares a gift for Ruhi and talks to Neil saying that Ruhi is unhappy with Abheer because she does not know that he is his son but once she will know then she not feel angry and will love each other just as they use to love each other. 

On the other hand, Akshara and Abhinav see Abheer throwing away his shoes in the dustbin. 

Akshara questions him for throwing away perfectly good shoes that can be repaired. 

However, Abheer tells him that Abhimanyu has gifted him with new shoes and he will be wearing them only.  

Abhinav stops Akshara from scolding Abheer after seeing Abheer’s happiness. 

Abhimanyu Reasons With Ruhi

Elsewhere, Abhimanyu gives the shoes to Ruhi and tells her that he loves her a lot and will never leave her alone. 

He also tells her to make an effort to befriend Abheer, who loves her a lot and stop being angry with him. 

Ruhi tells him that she will try for his sake while Aarohi overhears them and thinks that Abhimanyu is leading Ruhi to disappointment as once Abheer will come home then it is Ruhi who will suffer. 

Later, Abhinav is driving a passenger who has bought the same shoes as Abheer. 

Seeing the price tag, Abhinav begins to panic and gets distracted by his insecurity and collides with something causing an accident. 

Meanwhile, Akshara teaches Abheer life’s valuable lesson about valuing something that is old but comfortable like his shoes over something new but uncomfortable. 

Elsewhere, Abhinav's car owner expresses his anger at him for crashing the car into the poll. 

Abhinav begs him to not take away his job but he kicks him away and also takes the money he has made so far. 

Later, Akshara brings Abheer to Birla's house while he asks her why is she sending him there again and  Akshara tells him that she only wants to see him happy,
