Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 14th October 2023 episode starts with Abhimanyu arriving at Akshara’s room to find her asleep and her phone switched off. 

Seeing her lying haphazardly, Abhimanyu changes her position, covers her in a blanket, and tells her that he understands that she does not want to come between him and Manjari. 

He tells her that this time, Manjari is wrong and he will not let her make any wrong decision because of it as they will always be friends. 

In the morning, Suhasini tells Swarna to ask Manjari if they should send the jewellery and dress back to her. 

On the other hand, Manjari is feeling overwhelmed as things are not going her way and in that mood picks the phone and rudely tells Swarna what use will those jewellery and dress be for her. 

She tells Manish to explain to Akshara that her future is with Abheer and Abhimanyu. 

However, she realises later that she had been very rude to Manish and Swarna and calls back to apologise and request him to make Akshara understand what is good for her. 

Suhasini is worried for Akshara for landing in a position where she is forced to choose between her children.

On the other hand, Ruhi asks Abheer why he looks so sad while Abheer tells her that he is upset because Akshara is not giving him a final date for her wedding. 

Meanwhile, Ruhi tells him to not think too much as if Akshara has said then she will marry Abhimanyu. 

Telling him to wait, Ruhi goes to get ready while Abheer finds Abhimanyu and Akshara’s picture with him on the table. 

Just then, Manjari comes there telling him that she was planning to put it in his room but now she won't because he will not be coming there to live with them. 

Manjari apologises to Abheer in her heart telling him that this is the only way to show Akshara her priorities. 

Later, everyone is busy feeding Akshara when Abhimanyu comes to talk to her and tells her that Manjari is being too emotional and operating blindly. 

Akshara asks him why is Manjari a double standard with her because she took care of Neil, he is allowed to be Ruhi’s father but she cannot because her child also belongs to Abhinav. 

Suhasini tells Akshara to not think too much about all this as time is the best teacher and it will make Manjari realise the error of her ways. 

Just then, Akshara sees Abheer come home looking haggard and runs to him. 

On being asked, Ruhi tells Akshara and others that Abheer was teased about Abhimanyu and Akshara’s marriage and had a fight.

Akshara tells Abheer not to worry as it is not his fault while Abheer tells her that it is her fault as she only cared for her new baby. 

Akshara looks shocked and tells him that she loves him a lot but Abheer tells her that if that would have been the case then she would have granted his only wish but she has not. 

On being told not to be rude to Akshara, Abheer walks out from there. 

Later, Ruhi explains to Abheer that when Shivu and he came to live with her, she also grew insecure that everyone would love them more. 

However, she soon realised that everyone loves all of them equally and she becomes happy to have the love of two brothers as well. 

Abheer cuts the baby from the drawing and tells Ruhi that he is content to have her and Shivu because this baby is stopping Akshara from marrying Abhimanyu.
