Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 15th February 2023 episode starts with Abheer apologising to Abhinav and Akshara for being called to the principal office while Abhinav tells him that it was not his fault. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu tells the parents that there is no requirement for blood relation to become a parent to a child because it is a relationship of acceptance. 

He tells them that he might not be Ruhi’s father but loves her more than they love their own children. 

Later, Abhimanyu apologizes to them for being emotional and turns to take Ruhi’s hand but she is not there. 

Abhimanyu becomes worried and goes in search of her. 

Meanwhile, Abhinav tries to poke Akshara’s guilt by being angry at school for being over-sensitive about a small thing. 

He tells her that there are so many children who are brought up without the love of grandparents like him.

He tells her that when he has to live alone then why bring other people into his life? 

Akshara gets overwhelmed and tells him not to talk.

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu and Aarohi are searching for Ruhi madly.

Elsewhere, Akshara is watching Abheer’s project & Abhinav comes there and Akshara tells him that she is responsible for taking away Abheer’s relations from him. 

She tells him that children should grow up with other relationships in life.

Later, Akshara realizes that it was Abhinav’s doing and tells him that she is scared of new wounds while her old wounds are yet to be healed. 

However, Abhinav tells her that she will have to learn to face her fears because it is a matter of Abheer and he and Abheer will definitely go. 

Later, Aarohi tells Abhimanyu that Ruhi has reached home. 

After a while, Ruhi asks Abhimanyu why can he not become her real father if he loves her so much. 

She tells Aarohi that she only wants real relations in life and Abhimanyu has to become her papa. 

Later, Akshara tells Abheer that she and Abhinav will be taking him to Udaipur. 

Elsewhere, Manjari tells Abhimanyu that if he really wants to make Ruhi happy, then he should fulfill Ruhi’s biggest wish and name this relationship. 

Abhimanyu feels anxious and walks out of there but Manjari tells him that sometimes, fate always decides for people and this time also, fate has intervened. 

Abhimanyu shuts the door of his room and struggles to free himself from these painful thoughts. 

Meanwhile, Aarohi comes to Ruhi trying to convince her that she is special as she has poppy and Mumma and there is no other kid like her. 

However, Ruhi tells her that if being special means being sad and mocked then she does not want to be special. 

Meanwhile, Akshara is feeling scared about the decision and decides to inform Suhasini about it.
