Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 15th March 2023 episode starts with Akshara asking Abhimanyu if she would have died instead of Neil, then would he have divorced Neil too?

She tells him that his definition of love is all wrong and it is better to think about love before marrying Aarohi. 

Meanwhile, Abhinav is waiting for Akshara, praying for her return but also preparing for the worst.

Akshara comes running to Abhinav and hugs him while Abhimanyu sits on the floor defeated. 

Later,  Abheer exclaims in surprise to see Abhinav and Akshara hugging while Akshara asks Abhinav if he is ready to go home. 

Abhimanyu also walks barefoot in the middle of the road thinking about Akshara and the past. 

Meanwhile, Abhinav also thinks of the time when Abhimanyu told him that he is coming between him and Akshara. 

On the other hand, Manjari and others search for Abhimanyu at home while Shefali prays for Abhimanyu’s safe return. 

Hearing that Abhimanyu has not gone to the hospital, Manjari gets worried while Anand, Shefali, Aarohi, and Parth go to search for him. 

Soon, the dust storm begins to build up filling the car with dust.

Akshara rolls up her window telling Abhinav that these dust storms will not go away easily. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu continues to walk in the dust storm and is about to fall into a ditch but Aarohi timely grabs him and pulls him aside.

Later, Anand and Parth bring Abhimanyu home, supporting him on their shoulders while telling Manjari that Aarohi saved him today or else, he would have fallen in a ditch. 

Manjari looks surprised and asks him why was he loitering on the road in the first place. 

Aarohi also thinks the same and tells Manjari that only Abhimanyu can answer these questions. 

Elsewhere, Akshara, Abhinav, and Abheer return to their house to find it dusty and clogged with spider webs. 

Abhinav feels weird seeing the house in tatters and leaves the house, feeling suffocated while Akshara and Abheer get back to cleaning and dusting.  

As Abhinav tries to start a car it refuses to budge, making him feel helpless. 

Just then, Neelam Amma comes to him asking about his worried face. 

Abhinav tells her about Akshara’s change of behaviour at Abhimanyu’s accident while Neelam Amma tells him that it was a spur-of-a-moment reaction and that if it was important for her, then she would not be here with him.

However, Abhinav is worried that Akshara has not returned with him to return his favour. 

He asks her if he deserves Akshara as he is just a driver. 

He also tells her that he supported Akshara in her time of need but it was not a favour to her and if she is back to return the favour then he does not want that favour.
