Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 18th February 2023 episode starts with Abhimanyu feeling restless to know that Akshara is coming to Udaipur. 

He recalls Akshara’s words about keeping away from him and asks her why is she coming back now.

Meanwhile, Akshara comes out of Udaipur airport and looks at the surroundings with tear-filled eyes. 

Akshara tells herself that now she realises she was destined to come back here. 

Just then, Abheer and Abhinav come out with the luggage and tells her to come along. 

Meanwhile, Suhasini is waiting at the door for Akshara and prays to God for one more spring. 

Manish and Swarna tell her that there is time for Akshara’s arrival and tells her to rest. 

However, Suhasini tells her that she will not go anywhere because she can feel Akshara nearby. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu is releasing her anger on the ropes and tells Akshara that she will not rule his life. 

Elsewhere, Akshara arrives at home, shouting surprise and tells them that she is home. 

Suhasini runs to hug her and cries with happiness to see her. 

Muskaan watches the reunion with teary eyes while Akshara basks in the love of her family. 

On the other hand, Manjari watches Abhimanyu suffer in silence and cries. 

Later, Abhimanyu calls Ruhi and tells her that he is taking her out for chocolate. 

Meanwhile, Manish tells Akshara that with her return, their happiness has returned.

Later, Akshara tells them that Abhinav and Abheer are coming on different rickshaw as there was too much luggage. 

She excitedly tells them that she was so excited to reach home that if it was up to her, then she would have driven the rickshaw herself.

Meanwhile, Abhinav and Abheer arrive at Goenka's house and are shocked to see the house and people waiting for them.

Abheer comes to Akshara and looks puzzled at meeting her family for the first time while everyone welcomes him with an open heart. 

Later, Abhinav also comes to them and gets welcomed by them. 

In the meantime, Akshara looks for Kairav and is disappointed to not see him anywhere. 

Meanwhile, Aarohi is also feeling sad at Akshara’s return. 

Elsewhere, Akshara, Abheer and Abhinav come inside while the petals of flowers welcome them. 

All three of them are overwhelmed to witness the grand welcome while Manish, Swarna and Suhasini perform Aarti and ward off the evil eyes.
