Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 18th June 2023 episode starts with Akshara asking Muskaan if she is alright and if she is hiding something from her.

Meanwhile, Muskaan lies to her saying she is worried about Neelam Amma but Akshara chides her, telling her to focus on enjoying her wedding.

Later, Kairav and Muskaan are sitting on the same stage for their Haldi ceremony when Akshara comes from behind and attacks Kairav’s face while Kairav chases her to take revenge. 

Just then Manish and others also come there and subdues Kairav by putting more Haldi on him. 

Meanwhile, Abhinav also applies Haldi to Muskaan and others follow suit and everyone dances on “Gore Naal Ishq Mitha”.

After a while, Ruhi and Abheer look around the guests trying to guess which one can be his real father. 

Ruhi asks him if he does not love Abhinav while Abheer tells him that he loves Abhinav a lot and will never leave him even if he finds his real father.

Further, Abheer tells her that ever since he heard that his real father will also be here so he wants to know who he really is. 

Just then Abheer screams in pain when something falls on his foot while Ruhi comes up with an idea. 

On the other hand, Abhinav collides with Surekha while bringing a bowl of turmeric and a lot falls upon her making her furious. 

Everyone freezes worrying about a bitter scene about to unfold when Manish intervenes and tells ABhinav that Surekha has every right to be angry and he will have to pay with interest for what he has done. 

Conspicuously taking the turmeric from the bowl he throws some on Abhinav starting a turmeric fight that everyone enjoys to the fullest. 

Meanwhile, Abheer and Ruhi drop the glass on possible father candidates to check if anyone’s scream matches with Abheer's just as Ruhi and Aarohi scream in the same way. 

Abheer is sceptical of the plan but goes on trusting Ruhi. 

Just then Abhimanyu screams loudly when a bowl of turmeric falls on his foot while Abheer and Ruhi get alert and come to check on the person.  

Seeing Abhimanyu holding his food in pain, both Abheer and Ruhi come closer and stare at him while he looks at them curiously. 

Afterwards, Abheer tells Ruhi how can he fall for her girly plan despite being smart as Abhimanyu cannot be his father. 

Later, Surekha wails about not having any water to bathe in cribs for not having a marriage in Udaipur. 

Just then, Akshara tells Surekha that she has brought the water for her while everyone looks in awe at Akshara who hold a bucket and a “Ghada” tumbler on her head like a typical Himachali woman. 

Abhinav rushes to ease her load but Abhimanyu was quicker and even scolds her for bringing the heavy load herself. 

Both begin to bicker while Abhimanyu taunts her about knowing about an invention called pipe while Akshara feels foolish. 

After a while, Surekha stands with the pipe in hand once again whining about the lack of water. 

Akshara feels sorry for Surekha and goes to check what the problem is. 

Seeing Abheer and Ruhi walking on the pipe, Akshara palms her head and takes them with her.

As soon as the water flow is released, water pumps right onto Surekha’s face which is glaring at the pipe. 

Seeing Surekha wet, tickles everyone into laughter and soon everyone begins to enjoy the water party. 

Meanwhile, Dev stands at the periphery watching Muskaan enjoying with Kairav and decides to teach her a lesson for not picking up his call.

Abhimanyu also spots Dev watching and wonders what kind of trouble Muskaan is in. 

Later, Muskaan packs all the cash in a bag and leaves the house to give money to Dev. 

On the other hand, everyone gets a message simultaneously and is shocked to see it.
