Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 18th September 2023 episode starts with Abheer getting hugged by Akshara as she tells him that she scolded him too much.

Slight tears come in Abheer's eyes while Akshara softly tells him that it was wrong to send her and Docman on a date.

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu stares at the drawing drawn by Abheer on the blackboard and asks himself if it is too wrong for him, Akshara, and Abheer to become a family.

Outside the school, Akshara tells Abheer that she only wants to live by Abhinav's memories.

Later, Abhimanyu is at the hospital along with Mahima, Anand, and Aarohi, searching for some important papers.

Mahima murmurs that if they don't get the files of the builders they might end up losing their investors which she doesn't want.

Suddenly, Abhimanyu thinks of calling Akshara but stops.

However, Abheer calls him just then for some assistance in the homework but Abhimanyu calmly tells him that he is a bit busy.

After the call, Abheer tells Akshara that Docman sounded stressed on the call and might need her help along with the whole family.

At the hospital, Abhimanyu gets frustrated and throws the phone on the floor when Akshara walks in.

She looks at all of their faces while Mahima looks at Akshara dubiously.

Being a lawyer, Akshara says that she can help them but Mahima informs her that it is a very important case.

Aarohi and Abhimanyu try to explain the details of the case but at the end, only Abhi and Akshara stay in the room.

Abhimanyu stares at Akshara from time to time while she puts a chocolate in his mouth as he rambles on in panic.

Meanwhile, Parth has joined hands with Gulati and made him an oxygen supplier for the Birla Hospital to get more profits.

Mahima sees them shaking hands but leaves after she gets a call.

Inside the conference room, Abhimanyu tries to make a headband for Akshara as the AC wind flies her hair here and there.

Later, the investors come in while Abhimanyu notices that the corner hem of Akshara's Kurta is torn.

He tries to give her his jacket but she refuses after which both of them go to meet the investors.

However, during the whole pitch, Abhimanyu keeps going behind Akshara to hide the torn part.

On the other hand, Parth tells Gulati that their deal is not just limited to the tender as they need to do something shady together or else, Abhimanyu will butt his nose in.

Inside the conference room, the investors get happy and congratulate the Birlas on their deal while Abhimanyu starts to dance to celebrate.

After Mahima, Anand, and Aarohi go out, Akshara feels awkward going out and finally takes Abhimanyu's jacket to wear back home.

Later at night, Abhimanyu is building a house stationary as he hallucinates Akshara who asks him what right he is trying to remember and love her.

Abhimanyu gets anxious after which Shefali walks in and asks him if he is anxious due to Akshara.

At Goenka's House, Abheer wears Abhimanyu's court and internally urges Lord Shiv to do something to bring AbhiRa together.
