Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 19th April 2023 episode starts with Abhinav telling Abhimanyu that Abheer needs everyone in this veneration who loves him a lot.

He also says that Abhimanyu is on the top of the list so they all will be waiting for him, especially Abheer. 

Meanwhile, Akshara calls Abhinav worrying about the time passing by. 

Just then, Abhinav comes home while Akshara asks him meaningfully if he got what he went to get.

Abhinav remains quiet and they all sit for veneration. 

The Pandit Ji begins the ritual and tells Akshara and Abhinav to take the vow to perform the veneration with full dedication and all rituals. 

In the meantime, Abhimanyu is on rounds, dealing with patients. 

Later, Abhinav does not want to compromise the veneration by tying the thread that is meant for a father.

When Abhinav loses hope and is about to tie the thread, Abheer spots Abhimanyu and runs to him while Abhinav feels relieved. 

Akshara wants to send Abhimanyu packing when Abhinav stops her while Muskaan holds Kairav’s hand and tells him to not create a scene during the veneration.

She tells him that soon, Abhimanyu and Akshara will exit from each other life and no one will be the miser.

After a while, Abhinav goes to tie the thread to Abheer’s hand and asks Abhimanyu to help him.

As Abhimanyu ties the knot, Surekha expresses her remorse at obstructing the veneration ritual as only a father is supposed to tie the thread. 

However, Abhinav tells her that Abhimanyu has only helped him and it will not change who Abheer’s father is. 

Everyone looks puzzled for not being able to understand what just happened but Abhinav puts an end to it saying the ritual is not bigger than love. 

Afterward, Pandit Ji pronounces the veneration to be complete and Akshara leaves the hall to go into her room. 

Abhimanyu also leaves without saying a word. 

Later, Abhinav comes to talk to Akshara who is filled with anger and asks him why did he bring Abhimanyu to the veneration. 

Abhinav tells her that his intention was not to hurt her but he did everything for Abheer so there remains no doubt. 

Akshara asks him if he did not think about the consequence of such an action and if Abheer is taken from them. 

Tears stream down Akshara's eyes and she tells Abhinav to leave her alone for some time as she has no strength to talk anymore. 

Later, Abhimanyu is at the bar drinking a hard drink while Abhinav comes there as well and orders a stiff drink for himself. 

Soon both of them have more than they can hold and are quite drunk when they ask for pen and paper. 

On one hand, Abhimanyu writes a letter to Abhir telling him that he is helpless at not being able to stop him from going to the US but he will always be his Doc-Man.

Meanwhile, Abhinav writes a letter to Akshara expressing his sadness for being misunderstood and assuring her that Abhimanyu will never find out that Abheer is his son nor can anyone take Abheer from them. 

Afterward, they both get up together and are overjoyed to see each other sitting back to back. 

As they hug each other their letters fall on the ground but when they pick them up it was unclear which letter belongs to whom. 

As Abhimanyu opens the letter to check the content, his eyes and drunken stupor hinder him from reading.
