Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 19th February 2023 episode starts with Abheer and Abhinav discussing the enormousness of the house while Swarna presents Akshara with house keys and tells her to always remember them when they hear the sound of these keys. 

Abhinav and Abheer look at the house in awe while Akshara watches it with nostalgia.

Manish and Swarna are happy to see Akshara back while Abhinav tells them to not call him “Jamai Sa” as it makes him feel like they are addressing someone else. 

Manish tells him that it is the custom of Rajasthan and that is why they call him that. 

However, Abhinav tells them to call him something that he can relate to. 

Later, Manish brings Abheer and Abhinav to the dining table who are astonished to see so many dishes. 

Manish tells Abheer to eat whatever he likes while Abheer looks at Akshara for permission. 

However, Manish tells him to not fear his mother as in Nanu’s house there are no rules. 

Akshara also smiles at Abheer and tells him that  Manish is right. 

Seeing Manish cry, Abheer asks them why is he crying while Suhasini tells him that these are tears of happiness. 

After a while, Abhinav feels overwhelmed by the grandeur and goes to get the bottle of jams to escape the attention for a while. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu comes to the dining table and asks Ruhi to decide about the cake and decorations for Suhasini’s birthday. 

Ruhi asks Abhimanyu if they should go to Goenka's house to finalise the details while Abhimanyu tells her that there are guests there and that is why they should not disturb them. 

Ruhi drops something on her dress and goes to wash her while Aarohi tells Abhimanyu that they should drop the idea of organising Suhasini’s party as she does not think she will be able to face Akshara. 

Abhimanyu tells her to not take too much stress about this matter and should only focus on Mimi's birthday. 

Manjari tells him to not talk nonsense as Akshara’s return will not leave anything the same for their family. 

She asks her why has she come back now when he and Aarohi have decided to move on with their life. 

Abhimanyu tries to tell her that he is not affected by Akshara’s return but Manjari refuses to believe him and walks out from there. 

Meanwhile, Abhinav comes out, feeling overwhelmed with the austerity and attention at the Goenka house. 

Manish comes to him to alleviate his discomfort and tells him that the only way to adjust in their family is to give them someplace in his big heart and forget everything else. 

Akshara feels relieved to see Manish helping Abhinav relax. 

Meanwhile, Aarohi calls Kairav telling him to take care of Suhasini’s birthday preparations while Kairav tells her to not lie and accept that she is not able to face the truth.

However, Aarohi tells her that he is doing the same and even if they accept the truth then also they will not be able to face it. 

Later, everyone is sitting in the hall talking happily to Akshara when Abheer asks Akshara about Kairav, Aarohi and Ruhi.
