Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 19th March 2023 episode starts with Abhinav and Akshara sitting in the car and discussing how to aid her in giving the exam since she cut her fingers before.

Akshara notices a bag in the car and asks Abhinav about it to which he replies that a tourist left it here and he has to return it.

Just then, Abhinav reminds Akshara that his handwriting is very bad so it can happen that Akshara might not get good marks as she is supposed to.

With a light smile on her face, Akshara asks Abhinav how much he used to get in the school and Abhinav instantly answers a lot more.

Akshara bursts into laughter along with Abhinav but Abhinav then realizes that things aren't the same between them.

Quoting Mimi, Akshara says that a smile is a highway for a bumpy road but Abhinav says that he feels he has come in between her and Abhimanyu, like a doll he used to stare at in the store when he was little.

He leaves while Akshara sobs, saying she wishes they had never gone back to Udaipur.

Meanwhile, Manish is drinking tea when Swarna asks him if he has talked to Aarohi.

Manish tells her that she didn't pick up the phone as also, there is nothing to ask Abhimanyu about it since Aarohi called off the engagement.

At the Birla's, Aarohi is scolding Ruhi loudly as Abhimanyu comes to peruse the situation.

Aarohi informs Abhimanyu that Ruhi beat a boy up in the school and Abhimanyu asks her why she did so.

Huffing and puffing, Ruhi tells both of them that the boy uttered that her Poppy and Matashree will never get married and she got angry.

Abhimanyu ducks to her height to explain to her to not use force as Aarohi asks her to apologize to the boy.

However, Ruhi says that since none of them said sorry to her as they aren't getting married, she won't also.

Abhimanyu picks Ruhi in his arms while Aarohi gets overwhelmed by her anger.

Just then, Mahima comes and advises Aarohi to send Ruhi to a hostel since this environment isn't good for her.

When Abhimanyu returns, he hears this and warns Aarohi not to follow in Mahima's footsteps and leave Ruhi in a hostel since she is just 5 years old.

However, Aarohi rudely asks him not to say anything as she is her mother and capable of arriving at a decision.

Later, Abhimanyu goes to Ruhi's room where she is sleeping and caresses her forehead.

Akshara is also lying on the bed with Abhinav and Abheer, questioning why she's not able to become Abhinav's support when he has been there for her for long 6 years.

At Goenka House, Aarohi tells Manish about sending Ruhi to a hostel but both he and Suhasini clearly deny it.

Kairav angrily tells Aarohi that she's punishing her daughter for the problems posed by Abhimanyu and leaves while Muskaan asks him to calm down.

The next morning, Abheer wishes the best of luck to Akshara since Abhinav didn't get permission to write the paper on behalf of her.

As they exit the house, Abheer tells Akshara about his dream where he screamed "Papa, Papa," and not Abhinav, but Doc Man came.
