Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 1st April 2023 episode starts with Abhinav telling Akshara that it is about Abheer and not about Abhimanyu and her. 

However, Akshara tells him that if they go to Udaipur then they will make it about them and she does not want to go there. 

Abhinav tells her to not be stubborn about it as Abhimanyu will keep Abheer safe while Akshara tells him that Abheer is already fighting a tough fight and she does not have the energy for any other fight, especially at a time when Abhimanyu and Aarohi are getting married and she does not want to go there. 

She also tells him that she will do anything for Abheer but not take her to Abhimanyu as Abheer only needs them and no one else. 

Reminding Abhinav of the list, she tells him to choose any other surgeon for the surgery. 

Meanwhile, Abheer asks Neelam Amma for some fast food while Neelam Amma tells him that he will not be getting anything and tells him to play on her phone while she checks up on the jam.  

Abheer sends a text message to Abhimanyu informing him about his health but Abhimanyu does not recognise the number and asks him who he is. 

Abheer gets tickled and decides to tease him some more. 

Meanwhile, Aarohi tells Abhimanyu that he has an admirer and teases him about his six packs. 

Later, Akshara thanks the doctor for arranging a surgeon for Abheer’s surgery while the doctor gives Abhinav some forms and bills for the surgery that he will have to deposit.

After a while, Abhinav and Akshara look at the bill and the earth moves from under their feet seeing the amount of 20 lacs. 

Later, Abhinav and Akshara return home to find Abheer and Neelam Amma asleep on the sofa. 

They go and check up on their stashed money and jewellery hoping to make up for 20 lacs and realise sadly that it will not be enough. 

Just then, Akshara decides to call Manish asking for money but Abhinav stops her telling her that they will not take money from Manish. 

Akshara tells him that it is a matter of Abheer’s life and she can beg anyone to save anyone’s life. 

However, Abhinav assures her that he will arrange money for Abheer’s operation by morning. 

Afterwards, both Akshara and Abhinav get on a call with their contacts asking for advance or loan. 

Just then, Abhir comes there asking Akshara for food while Abhinav tells him that he cannot eat anything or his medicine will not work. 

Akshara takes him inside to help him sleep and sings a lullaby for him which surprises Abheer. 

The next morning, Akshara prepares Abheer for surgery and tells him that they will have to stay at the hospital for a few days as he has to go for a small surgery. 

Afterwards, she calls Abhinav hoping that he has arranged the money while Abhinav feels like a loser seeing Akshara’s call as he failed to arrange the money. 

At the hospital, Akshara begs the junior doctor to perform the surgery with the money they have and her husband will bring the money as soon as possible.

However, the doctor rebukes her for giving him jewellery and little cash and tells her that they cannot go against the hospital policies and she will have to deposit the full amount before the surgery. 

Meanwhile, Abheer sends another message to Abhimanyu through Neelam Amma’s phone which puzzles Abhimanyu for a while. 

Later, Akshara is begging the doctor again to start the surgery when she spots Abhinav and looks angrily at him.
