Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 1st June 2023 episode starts with Kairav ranting at Akshara about Muskaan telling her that he is not able to understand what is happening. 

Meanwhile, Akshara gets excited and tells Kairav that he has fallen in love with Muskaan. 

Kairav refuses to believe her and says that he is not meant to love anyone nor can he ruin Muskaan’s life. 

However, Akshara tells him that the only problem is that he is afraid of being hurt and still living in the past. 

She also tells him to fall in love again if he is a strong person while Kairav tells her that Muskaan does not wish to talk to him and she is talking about love. 

Akshara tells him to talk to Muskaan and she is sure that she will understand. 

Just then, Abhinav asks Akshara what will Muskaan not have a problem with. 

Akshara lies to Abhinav telling him that Suhasini wants to invite Muskaan for a veneration and wants to have his permission first. 

Abhinav tells her that he has no problem but it will be better for Muskaan to keep her distance from Kairav. 

Afterward, he tells her to focus on her studies for now as she has an exam the next day. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu is feeling worried and asks God to guide him. 

Akshara is feeling anxious and shares her concern with Abhinav who motivates her by telling her that he will by her side and help her get through her journey. 

Akshara feels grateful and tells Abhinav that she would not have done all this without him.

However, Abhinav tells her that she would have done it either way because she is a strong woman who has been fighting with her circumstances even before Abheer.

Further, Abhinav tells her that he is the lucky one to have met such a brave woman. 

Later, Abheer comes out of the room in the dead of the night and sits on the sofa while Abhimanyu also does the same without realising Abheer’s presence. 

As soon as Abhimanyu sees Abheer, he shows him his letter and asks him why did he hide the truth from him.

He tells him that he cares for him that he is also his friend and he can share anything with him. 

Abheer asks him to promise him that he will not tell this to anyone while Abhimanyu promises.

He tells Abhimanyu that he has heard Abhinav tell Akshara that he is not his real father.

Abhimanyu asks him why did he not asks his parents about it while Abheer tells him that he cannot worry them as they already have a lot on his plate.

He also tells him that soon Akshara and Abhinav’s anniversary is coming and he wants them to be happy that day. 

Abhimanyu hugs Abheer feeling sad for him while Abheer asks him if he will help him find his father. 

Just then, Akshara comes out and gets worried to see Abheer awake while Abhimanyu assures her that there is nothing to worry about. 

Elsewhere, Manish tells Suhasini that he is sending Kairav to Singapore to look after the new branch.

However, Kairav refuses to go telling him that he loves Muskaan and he will persevere until Muskaan forgives him. 

Just then, Manish slaps Kairav and tells him that he is going. 

On the other hand, Abhimanyu tells Abheer to write his thoughts in a diary and let his worry come out on paper. 

After a while, Abheer writes to God Shiv asking him to tell him who is his real father while Abhimanyu’s heart cut into pieces on hearing Abheer’s questions.
