Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 1st November 2023 episode starts with Akshara taking Aarohi to the Operation theatre along with Abhimanyu while Aarohi asks for Ruhi. 

Akshara tells her that they have arrived at the hospital and soon she will be alright. 

However, Aarohi tells her that she will not make it and tells Akshara to look after Ruhi. 

Akshara is telling her that she will be fine when Aarohi takes her last breath thinking about Neel and dying on the spot. 

Aarohi Is Dead

Akshara’s screams fill the air and everyone comes rushing to them. 

Abhimanyu feels shocked and shuts her eyes while Akshara cries holding Aarohi’s hand. 

One by one everyone arrives at the hospital and cannot believe that Aarohi is no more. 

Just then, Manish comes there telling Abhimanyu to take Aarohi to the hospital and tells Akshara to go and pray. 

However, Ruhi’s voice stops him from taking Aarohi inside while Ruhi comes to Aarohi telling her to wake up as she will always be a good girl and never do anything bad.

Abhimanyu picks Ruhi in his arms and hugs her tightly while she longs for Aarohi. 

Manish finally realises that Aarohi has left the world and breaks down. 

Akshara Takes The Blame 

Later, Abhimanyu comes to comfort Akshara in her room while Akshara asks him why did Aarohi leave them forever when she was younger. 

Meanwhile, Manjari asks everyone how did that happen. 

Akshara tells Abhimanyu that it is all her fault and she should have been quick in getting Ruhi out before she released the hand brake. 

Abhimanyu is shocked to hear that Ruhi was the one to release the handbrake and asks her what was Ruhi doing in the car. 

Akshara tells him that she had no clue why she wanted to drive a car but she should have paid attention and stopped the car early.

Repeating that she is at fault, Akshara runs to tell everyone. 

Meanwhile, Surekha tells Manjari that Aarohi was hit by their car when Akshara was driving. 

Manish scolds Surekha to not talk nonsense as Akshara will never do that. 

Just then, Akshara comes there and admits that it was her fault that Aarohi died as she had not parked the car properly and left the handbrake down. 

Swarna becomes angry and asks Akshara what was she doing in the car when Aarohi drove it there. 

Surekha also condemns Akshara telling her that Aarohi always behaved as the elder sister and always looked after her.

Swara also tells Akshara that she feels that was short-changed and always got a little less than her and now her life also is cut short. 

Suhasini tells Swarna to stop blaming Akshara as she is equally distraught at the death of her sister. 

Meanwhile, Manish tells Suhasini that once again he lost his daughter, and all because of Akshara who did not think twice about him, this family, or Ruhi. 

Suhasini tells Manish to stop blaming Akshara as it was just an accident and not anyone's fault.

Abhimanyu Promises To Keep Akshara's Secret

Later, Abhimanyu asks Akshara why is she taking the blame instead of telling everyone that it was Ruhi’s fault. 

However, Akshara tells him that she cannot let Ruhi live with the knowledge that she is responsible for her mother’s death. 

She tells Abhimanyu to swear to her that he will never tell anyone that it was Ruhi’s fault because Ruhi has no one now except his Poppy and he will have to take care of her. 

Abhimanyu promises her despite his better judgment.

Later, Kairav comes to Manish to get his signature on Aarohi's death certificate form and tells him that he should not leave Akshara alone in this condition.

However, Manish tells him that he is helpless as one of his daughters is dead because of another and he is in a condition that no one should be in.
