Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 21st September 2023 episode starts with Abhimanyu thinking about Akshara when Abheer video calls Akshara and tells her that he will be sleeping with Buddy. 

Abhimanyu smiles on hearing that Abheer is not worried for Akshara because she is with him. 

After a while, Abhimanyu passes the blanket to Akshara so she does not feel cold. 

However, Akshara gets angry and throws the blanket back at him accusing him of having mood swings since morning. 

Abhimanyu tells her to calm down while Akshara tells him that he has taken her mental peace and acting as if nothing is bothering him. 

Seeing Abhimanyu once again lie to her, she tells him that if he wants to lie then do that but she is leaving. 

Abhimanyu follows Akshara telling her that it is not safe to travel in this weather.

Kairav Throws Muskaan out of The Room

On the other hand, Muskaan tries to stop Kairav from packing his stuff telling him that they can talk and solve the matter. 

However, Kairav tells her that the garbage she has in her mind is something he cannot live with nor can she clean it so he is leaving. 

However, Muskaan stands at the door telling him that she will not let him go out of the room. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu apologises to her and tells her that it is just one day while Akshara tells him that this is his habit where he says nothing but expects others to forget everything and act normal.

She tells him that he is not ready to acknowledge that their situation and responsibilities have changed and they have Abheer to think about. 

Akshara tells him that his behaviour and mood swings will affect Abheer and she does not want him to suffer any trauma,  so it will be better if they maintain respectful distance between them. 

Abhimanyu Confesses His Love

Abhimanyu tries to appease her while Akshara tells him that if he is ready to tell her the truth then she will not listen to him anymore. 

Just then,  Abhimanyu trips and lands on the trolley nearby while Akshara comes running back to him. 

Elsewhere, Kairav begins to pack Muskaan’s things in a suitcase and hand it to her, saying that he is listening to her and will stay in his room but she cannot stay with her. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu cries in pain while Akshara worries for him until Abhimanyu tells her that he loves her. 

Akshara is stunned while Abhimanyu continues saying that he never stopped loving her nor will he ever stop. 

He also tells her this was what he was trying not to tell her because he does not want to break her trust in him and that nothing will change between them but he has no control over his feelings.

Akshara stops him midway and runs away from him in a taxi that just stops at her voice. 

Abhimanyu curses himself for confessing his feelings despite knowing her reaction. 

The next morning, Swarna comes to Suhasini with a veneration plate who realises that Swarna hasn’t slept a wink in worry. 

Just then, Manish comes there and tells Suhasini that he is going to meet someone. 

On opening the door he is surprised to see Akshara standing there. 

Despite Akshara’s assurance, Swarna tells Manish that something is wrong with Akshara. 

Aarohi Calls Akshara to Hospital

At the breakfast table, Akshara is lost in her thoughts when Muskaan comes there and is about to taunt Akshara when Swarna cuts her in between.

She tells her sweetly not to bother about Akshara as she is already busy with other things. 

Before Akshara can ask about Kairav, Aarohi calls her telling her that the builders’s lawyer has sped up the proceedings and they are meeting at the hospital so she should hurry there too. 

Abheer becomes happy and tells Akshara to take him to the hospital with her.

However, Akshara tells him that she will attend the meeting on video call and will not go to the hospital. 

Everyone is surprised to hear Akshara’s vehement no. 

Later, Akshara walks towards the conference room with Abheer because the lawyers refused to attend the meeting on video call. 

Abhimanyu meets with them in the corridor and tells Akshara that they can move on without letting the previous night affect them but Akshara tells him that she is only here to do the work so he should leave her be.
