Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 22nd February 2023 episode starts with Abhinav and Abheer ambushing Kairav as he comes home and tells him joyfully that they have been waiting for him. 

Kairav tries to be rude to Abhinav and Abheer but Abhinav is not ready to give up and tries to cajole him. 

However, Akshara tells Abhinav to let it go as she does not want him to try to make amends with someone who dares to hurt her husband and son. 

Seeing Kairav leave, Abheer begins to cry , aying it was all his fault. 

However, Manish tells him that it is not his fault because Kairav is a sour puss who does not know the meaning of happiness. 

Later, Akshara tells Abhinav to not bother making friends with Kairav as he has stopped loving her.

However, Abhinav is not convinced and tells Muskaan that they will have to bring Kairav and Akshara back together as he will not allow Akshara to lose any relationship. 

Meanwhile, Kairav feels guilty for being rude to Abhinav and Abheer. 

Later, Abheer is excited to see the room that Manish and Swarna prepared for him. 

Akshara tries to be formal but Manish tells her to stay out of this and be her normal self.

Abheer enjoys the luxuries the room offers and tells Akshara that he will sleep in his room tonight. 

Abhinav expresses to Akshara that he was not able to give him luxuries while Akshara tells Abhinav to not talk in this way as she has everything in her home.

Later, Abheer insists on sleeping in the room while Akshara tells him that he might get scared sleeping alone. 

However, Manish tells her to not worry as he will sleep with him and she can go and rest in her room. 

Later, Akshara tells Abhinav that she will sleep in Suhasini’s room.  

Aarohi comes to Abhimanyu to thank him for convincing Manjari and show him the shopping that they have done for the party. 

Abhimanyu looks excited to see the gift but at his own dress, and past memories. 

The next day, Akshara comes down to see Abhinav happily serving everyone breakfast while Mimi and the others feel awkward at being served by their son-in-law.

Abheer tells happily that they will be going out while Akshara tells him that he and Abhinav should carry on as she will stay home. 

Just then, Kairav comes there and Abhinav tries to engage him in talking but Kairav takes an apple from the table and leaves, telling Swarna that he is going to the office. 

Abheer tells Manish that they will start with Shiv temple where he will pray for Kairav. 

Akshara gets anxious hearing about the Shiva temple and thinks about Abhimanyu.   

Meanwhile, Abheer gets separated from Abhinav in the crowd and keeps calling his name. 

In the meantime, Abhinav is engrossed in praying for Akshara and realizes a little late that Abheer is not with him and goes out to look for him calling his name.
