Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 24th April 2023 episode starts with Manish blessing Abhimanyu and appreciating him for his gesture towards Abheer.

Manish feels that finally the relations are mending.

Kairav, however, tells them that distance is necessary for some relations while a nervous Akshara stands afar hearing their conversation.

As Abhimanyu is about to leave in his car, Abhinav asks him about his off-behaviour, reminding him about the havoc they created last night.

Meanwhile, Abheer complains to Akshara for sending Abhimanyu away even though he wanted to play with him.

Just then, Abhinav enters the room while Akshara decides to not tell him about Abhimanyu knowing Abheer's secret.

Further, Abheer prays to god to let his doc-man weave his magic to stop him from going to the US.

In the Birla house, Aarohi tells Manjari to organise a small wedding event so that she and Abhimanyu can get married as soon as possible.

She tells her that they have reached this decision by defying many people and they should avoid any obstacle to come in between.

In the hospital, Abhimanyu clears all his appointments for the next day as he wants to ensure to perform his fatherly duties and not let Abheer go away, leaving the hospital administration shocked.

The next day, Suhasini blesses Abheer as tears roll down her face but Abheer cracks a joke to make her feel better.

Kairav tells Muskan to take care of everyone and maintain distance from Surekha.

Muskan assures him that she will take care of everything and asks him to meditate as they share a light moment.

However, Abhimanyu seeks Mahadev's blessing in stopping his Abheer and to help him out in mending his relationships.

Back in the Goenka house, Akshara hurries as she wants to leave for the airport before Abhimanyu's arrival.

Akshara steps forward but gets cold feet seeing Abhimanyu while Abheer is happy to finally see his doctor.

Abhimanyu informs the family that though they are ready with all the arrangements but Abheer's doctor is not in the US.

Akshara asks Kairav to cross-check with the hospital as Abhimanyu tells them the doctor is in Udaipur and calls Dr. Roy into the house.

Dr Roy informs the family about Abhimanyu’s invitation and arrangements for his arrival to Udaipur and ensures that the surgery can be performed in Birla Hospital.

The family rejoices with the news as Manish appreciates Abhimanyu for helping them so much.

Dr Roy tells Akshara to not worry as he has discussed Abheer’s case with Abhimanyu in detail and only wishes for Abheer’s well-being.

Abhimanyu murmurs to himself that he will not let Abheer go away from him while Akshara challenges Abhimanyu to bring the war on.

Meanwhile, Akshara remembers Abhimanyu’s words and tells Abhinav about Abhimanyu being aware of Abheer’s birth secret.

However, in the Birla House, Abhimanyu announces to his family about the delay in the wedding due to Junior’s surgery.

Manjari bombards him with questions making Abhimanyu almost tell the truth but he stops and refers to Abheer as his patient.

Abhimanyu tells them that he is the best doctor for Abheer and will supervise everything while Mahima wonders about Abhimanyu cancelling all his surgeries for Abheer.

Manjari yells at Abhimanyu for delaying his marriage due to Akshara's son.

She tells him that even though she prays for Abheer's well-being every day but his wedding with Aarohi is also important.
