Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 24th March 2023 episode starts with Mahima telling Shefali and other family members that the matter between Parth and Shefali should remain between the four walls of the house. 

Shefali gives her word to Mahima sarcastically commenting that other than Parth, nobody wants ill for their family members.

Mahima leaves there while Abhimanyu apologizes to Shefali again for not being able to see the abuse all these years ago.

On the other hand, Abhinav takes Akshara and Abhir on the pizza outing and a smile graces Akshara's face when Abhinav opens the car door for her courteously.

Abhir keeps shouting in excitement for pizza while Abhinav goes to bring it for them.

Akshara notices that Abhir's face is paling and his breathing is getting fast.

She enquires Abhir about it, however, the little kid jokes that with the pizza in his stomach, he will be alright.

At the same time, Akshara gets a call from Neelam Amma and goes to the side to answer it.

Abhir starts feeling breathless again and steps out of the car to practice the exercise Abhimanyu told him the other day.

He doesn't want to interrupt the little bubble Abhinav and Akshara are in as they look very happy.

Abhinav returns with the pizza while Akshara calls Abhir to come out of the car for the pizza, however, when she realizes Abhir's absence, she gets frantic.

Together Abhinav and Akshara look for Abhir and ask the people around if they have seen Abhir around.

Meanwhile, at the Goenka Villa, Kairav arrives home, while Manish, Swarna, and Suhasini ask him where he went.

Muskan tells everybody that Kairav went to Kasoli while Kairav grumbles as he doesn't want to tell them about Abhinav's arrest.

Surekha comes there and ghosts Muskan as she whispers in her ear that it is surprising that Kairav just informed Muskan about his trip to Kasauli.

Further, Kairav tells everybody that he has reconciled with Akshara as he was missing her a lot.

Surekha ignites the flame again as she tells Kairav that he needs to reconcile with his second sister too.

Swarna tells Kairav that Arohi had called earlier to inform them about her engagement with Abhimanyu which is held the next day.

Kairav fumes at the news and denies being a part of Arohi's downfall.

On the other hand, as Akshara looks for Abhir, one of the men there speaks rudely to her when she goes to ask him about Abhir, which infuriates Abhinav and he grabs the collar of that person.

Abhir returns there and asks Abhinav why he is holding the collar of that person while Akshara runs toward him and scolds him for disappearing.

Abhinav takes promise Abhir that he must not leave Abhinav at any cost to which Abhir agrees and all of them resume their party.

Abhir keeps his illness a secret from his parents as he thinks that they will get worried if he reveals the news to them.

On the other hand, Abhimanyu wonders about Abhir if he is alright as Abhir hasn't messaged him anything about his health.

He takes his phone to call him but stops as he opens the contact list.

The next day, Manish and Swarna get ready for the engagement ceremony while Akshara prays that happiness stays at their house forever.

Akshara calls Manish while he teases her that she and Kairav are in one team which has made her forget her Bade Papa.

As Akshara hears Suhasini speaking in the background to the servants, she enquires if the family is going somewhere.

Swarna lies to Akshara that they are going to an ashram and disconnects the call.

Manish asks her about the reason behind the lie to which she says that it is better that Akshara and Arohi stay away from each other as their happiness will prevail this way only.
