Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 24th May 2023 episode starts with Abhimanyu telling Akshara and Abhinav that recovery will take some time.

They will need to follow the instruction given in the post-operative care file. 

After a while, Abhimanyu comes to thank Aarohi for helping him in the operation theatre when he froze. 

Meanwhile, Aarohi tells him that Abheer is not only his son but her nephew too. 

After a while, Manjari also comes to Aarohi and gestures to her thank you by putting her hand on her head. 

After a few days, Abheer is back home and talking to Ruhi on the phone.

Abheer tells her that he has gotten so tired that he wants to go on a vacation. 

Just then, Aarohi and Akshara join the conversation and tell them to stop talking like adults. 

Abhinav comes with Abheer’s breakfast and Aarohi disconnects the call saying she is taking Ruhi to school. 

Soon everyone joins Abheer in his bedroom and encourages him to eat porridge for a few more days. 

They also ask Abheer to ask whatever he wants as they will make it happen. 

Abheer tells them that he wants to go to Kasauli as he is missing home a lot. 

Meanwhile, Manish and Kairav tell Abheer that they will make all the arrangements to go back. 

However, Abhinav tells them that they cannot leave without talking to Abhimanyu. 

Later, Manjari is talking to the lawyer to delay the date for a few weeks when Abhimanyu tells her that there will not be any talks about the court case. 

Abhimanyu tells Manjari that he does not want anything taken from Abheer which will definitely happen if they continue to fight in court. 

He tells her that his priority is Abheer and his future which must be the same for Abhinav and Akshara. 

Later, Akshara tells Manish that they cannot leave Udaipur as they have a court date in two days. 

Just then, Akshara receives court papers and opens them anxiously. 

However, her anxiousness turns into happiness reading the letter and she tells them that Abhimanyu has put the case on hold. 

Everyone becomes happy to hear the news and Akshara decides to do the packing. 

However, Abhinav tells Akshara that they cannot leave without talking to Abhimanyu who has shown generousness. 

Akshara agrees and calls Abhimanyu explaining their reasons to go to Kasauli. 

However, her call goes to voicemail as he has gone to a medical camp. 

Abhinav tells Akshara that they cannot leave without involving Abhimanyu's input in their decision. 

Elsewhere, Abhimanyu is treating the patients at the medical camp and misses Abhir a lot. 

In the meantime, Akshara calls Aarohi explaining to her about Abheer’s wish to go back to Kasauli and that they are not able to get hold of Abhimanyu. 

Aarohi tells her to go as she will talk to Abhimanyu and explains to him why they went to Kasauli.

At the same time, Manjari hears about Akshara going to Kasauli and looks angrily at Aarohi.

Meanwhile, Akshara tells Neelam Amma to forgive Muskaan and not take away her career because of a small mistake. 

Neelam Amma agrees to let Muskaan do her job but tells Akshara that Muskaan cannot stay in Goenka's house anymore. 

Akshara tells her that she already knew that she will say that and that is why Abhinav has gone to get Muskaan admitted to the best hostel in Udaipur. 

Later, Abheer asks everyone to promise him that they will come to visit Kasauli as soon as Swarna returns.
