Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 25th April 2023 episode starts with Manjari questioning Abhimanyu about postponing his wedding with Aarohi.

She seeks answers from him to her questions but Abhimanyu tells her that he has taken his decision and leaves.

Manjari blames Akshara for Abhimanyu ditching Aarohi because she has ensnared Abhimanyu and his happiness once again. 

Mahima blames Akshara and Abheer for Abhimanyu’s change of heart but Anand calms them down saying he will talk to Abhimanyu.

At the same time, Aarohi thinks about the possibility of Abhimanyu knowing the truth about Abheer’s birth secret.

Meanwhile, Akshara’s words echo in Abhimanyu’s ears but he promises himself to make things right.

However, Abhinav tells Akshara that he got everything without even asking but Abhimanyu lost everything without even knowing.

He thinks about Abhimanyu as he tells Akshara that his most treasured belonging was hidden from him for six years.

Akshara tells him that it is equally difficult for them as there are chances of losing Abheer as well.

Abhinav tells Akshara that he needs to talk to Abhimanyu as he needs answers to all the questions that must be haunting him.

He pacifies Akshara that his anger is right at his place since Abhimanyu has equal rights to Abheer.

Elsewhere, Abhimanyu ignores Abhinav’s calls but Abhinac records a voice note for Abhimanyu requesting him to talk.

Akshara leaves the room and cries uncontrollably while Abhimanyu is lost as they realise the value of a child.

Destiny has played a weird day as it has entangled relationships in a complex way.

The next morning, Muskan and Kairav discuss Abhimanyu and Abbeer but Kairav hurts himself by saving Muskaan's hands.

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu in the hospital waits for Akshara and Abheer as they have an appointment with the doctor.

Just then, Abheer calls out his Docman and hugs him, and tells him to not inject him and he assures him of doing scans only.

Abhimanyu gifts Abheer Rudraksha in a chain and tells him that it is the same as him and they seek Mahadev’s blessings.

He conducts tests on Abheer whereas Junior tells him that he needs to go back to Kasauli to give Kabir’s football back as keeping someone’s else belongings is not right.

Abhimanyu smirks looking at Akshara and taunts her indirectly.

Akshara and Abhimanyu bash each other indirectly through Abheer and Kabir’s football.

Abhinav asks them to stop fighting like kids and asks Abhimanyu to talk to him but he ignores his request.

At Birla House, Ruhi cries thinking about Abhimanyu postponing the marriage but Manjari calms her down.

While Abhimanyu is in the hospital, he talks to hospital staff to make sure the arrangements for Abheer are done in time with utmost precautions.

Further, Akshara comes to Abheer’s room and asks about Abhinav’s whereabouts.

Abheer unintentionally bumps into Aarohi and the juice falls on her saree.

A ward boy takes Abheer for further tests in the laboratory on Abhimanyu’s orders.

Meanwhile, Akshara apologises to Aarohi but she asks questions about her staying back when she already decided to leave for the USA.

She walks away but Aarohi keeps on asking Akshara for staying back in Udaipur.

On the other hand, Abhimanyu steps out of the hospital but Abhinav holds his hand and requests him to talk.
