Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 26th March 2023 episode starts with Aarohi looking at the wedding ring and smiling at Abhimanyu before putting a ring on his finger, while Ruhi dances with joy. 

Meanwhile, Abhinav puts on a vermillion on Akshara’s hairline thinking that today, they are finally making this real, and swears on Abheer that he will always stand by her side.

Abheer comes to them expressing his happiness while Akshara prays to God for strength to be true in this relationship and keep ego and pride away from this relationship. 

Later, Kairav sees Muskaan sleeping on the sofa and criticizes her choice of sleeping, and puts the scarf near her. 

Later, Akshara sees herself in a mirror, recalling Abhinav filling her hairline with vermillion. 

On the other hand, Abhinav slips on the toy and mistakenly joins Akshara's bed with his and gets embarrassed seeing Akshara at the door. 

Akshara tells him to leave it and comes to the bed admiring Abheer. 

Thinking about the tournament, they make plans to go to Abheer’s football tournament to cheer him up. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu is looking at the ring and promises to always respect Aarohi.

The next morning, Akshara is working in the kitchen when Abhinav comes out and gets mesmerized to see her.

He unconsciously reaches her while Akshara’s wet hair brushes his cheek as she turns around increasing his heartbeats. 

Unaware of Abhinav’s feelings, Akshara tells him that his tea is on the table and gets back to work. 

Just then seeing Akshara getting troubled by her hair, Abhinav reaches for it and pushes it back.

Akshara looks into his eyes for a while and turns around signaling him to put a clip on it. 

Later, Abhimanyu and Aarohi are discussing their engagement party when Dr. Rahul and other staff members congratulate Abhimanyu and Aarohi on their engagement while Aarohi looks at Abhimanyu’s expression waiting for his outburst. 

Hearing Abhimanyu plan a party, Aarohi tells herself to stop doubting Abhimanyu and have faith in him.

On the other hand, Abhinav comes to Abheer and scares him into waking up. 

However, he gets worried seeing Abheer’s sick face. 

Just then, Akshara also comes there to wake up and gets the message of postponing the football match.

Akshara looks worried and tells Abhinav that they should take him to the hospital. 

Abheer gets worried that they will not let him play the match and lies about fooling them. 

Later, Abhimanyu thinks about Abheer and prays to God to keep him safe. 

After a while, Akshara comes out looking for Abhinav and gets surprised to see a beautifully decorated swing. 

Abhinav comes out and tells her that he has prepared this gift to compensate for not bringing the moon to the earth. 

He tells her he has prepared this corner for her as a thank-you where she can spend time with herself alone. 

He also tells her that she is the most valuable earning whose support is his biggest strength and he asks for nothing more if she is by his side. 

Later, Abheer feels breathless while going to Neelam Amma’s house and does the breathing exercise that Abhimanyu told him.
