Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 28th March 2023 episode starts with Akshara and Abhinav cheering for Abheer while Abheer stands in the line to begin the game. 

The ground is full of cheering parents and students while both teams play with full spirit. 

Soon, Abheer takes the lead and fast forward the ball toward the goal while Abhinav and Akshara look at him with awe. 

The football ground roars with cheer at Abheer’s first goal. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu searches for Abheer’s school live feed on the internet and feels relieved to see Abheer making a goal. 

Later, Abheer makes a second goal with a marvelous headshot but feels disoriented for a while after it. 

Abhir’s coach tells him to continue to play like this while Abhinav interrupts in between and hugs Abheer and praises him. 

Later, Abheer wins the match and gets the medal while Abhinav carries him on his shoulder to perform the victory dance.

Just then, Abhir falls on Abhinav’s back while Akshara screams seeing Abheer unconscious. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu feels restless thinking about Abheer.

Abhinav and Akshara rush to the hospital while Abhinav constantly blames himself for taking too long in bringing Abheer to the hospital. 

On the other hand, Abhimanyu decides to make a call worrying about Abheer but collides with Aarohi. 

At the hospital, Abhinav and Akshara are shocked to hear that the Doctor is not present in the hospital and will take time in coming. 

Abhinav tells the nurse to call the doctor fast as Abheer is not well. 

After a while, the doctor arrives but gets busy on the phone instead of coming to check on Abhir. 

Abhinav goes outside to call the doctor but he continues to talk on the phone. 

Abhinav begs him to check on Abheer but gets violent when Akshara shouts in worry. 

He tells the doctor that a father will destroy this hospital if he does not check his son immediately. 

The doctor gets angry and tells the staff to throw Abhinav out. 

Akshara’s other cry makes Abhinav worried and he begins to beg him again while Akshara comes there and threatens to sue the hospital if anything happens to her son. 

Later, the doctor tells the nurse to shift Abheer to ER as he is very critical. 

On the other hand, Abhimanyu worries about Abheer and thinks of the only person who can help him now. 

Meanwhile, Neelam Amma tells Muskaan about Abheer being in the hospital which turns her worried. 

After a while, Abhimanyu spots Muskaan on the road and rescues her in time. 

Abhimanyu asks Muskaan about Abheer, telling her that he is not feeling right in the heart. 

On the other hand, Akshara tries to apologize to Abhinav for not realizing the seriousness of Abheer’s condition while Abhinav feels responsible for allowing Akshara to overrule his gut feeling.

However, he realizes his mistake of putting the blame on Akshara a tad too late.
