Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 29th January 2023 episode starts with Abheer telling God that he will stop believing in him if anything happens to his father.

Abhimanyu tells Abhinav that he will not let anything happen to him. 

Just then, Abhinav’s breathing normalizes and Akshara calls Abheer to see it. 

Meanwhile, Manjari is still in a panic state thinking about Ruhi singing the Bhajan. 

Manjari tells herself that neither this house nor its people need Akshara back in their life so it would be better if she stays where she is. 

Later, Akshara admires Abheer sleeping with Abhinav while Abhimanyu goes out to stand in cold. 

Seeing Akshara, he tells her that he will be sitting in the car and she can close the door. 

Akshara thanks Abhimanyu by calling him Abhi but later, corrects herself.

As the night is very cold and a storm is brewing making the night colder than before, Akshara cannot bear to see him out in the cold and goes to get him inside. 

Abhimanyu thinks for a moment & then agrees to go inside. 

Later, Akshara offers to bring tea but Abhimanyu tells her that he has given up tea and now drinks milk only. 

Meanwhile, Swarna is speculating on Manjari’s behavior towards Akshara’s song. 

Suhasini tells her that Manjari has lost her son and the wound is too deep to heal easily. 

Kairav agrees with Suhasini and tells them that people heal differently and some take more time than others. 

Manish and Kairav get into an argument about Kairav’s anger at Akshara while Kairav calls it Akshara’s betrayal when she trusted a complete stranger instead of him. 

Seeing Manish favor Akshara, Kairav tells him that he will never forgive Akshara.

After a while, Abhimanyu gets a call from Aarohi and almost gets caught meeting Akshara. 

Later, Abhimanyu checks upon Abhinav and tells Akshara that he is stable now.

He also comments on Abheer's glasses at such an early stage. 

Akshara’s tongue slips and she compares Abhimanyu’s eyesight with Abheer's but Abhimanyu does not understand her meaning and escapes the truth.

Later, Abhimanyu and Akshara sit in silence when Abhimanyu shows Ruhi and her sketch and begins to talk about Ruhi. 

Akshara also gets into conversational mode talking about Ruhi and Abheer while Abhinav and Abheer sleep soundly in a cot. 

Meanwhile, Manjari comes to Ruhi’s room where she is sleeping and apologizes to her for being stern with her. 

Aarohi comes there and asks Manjari to forget everything as many years have passed. 

However, Manjari recalls how she has always stood by Akshara in her thick and thin and how she repays her. 

Manjari also blames Akshara for leaving this house in constant mourning. 

She asks Aarohi why Akshara has taken away their happiness and left her son’s life in limbo along with hers. 

Thinking about Abhimanyu, she tells Aarohi with a vehemence that she will never forgive Akshara.
