Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 29th July 2023 episode starts with Parth telling everyone that he has called the police and they will be here any minute.

Aarohi and Shefali think that they should inform Akshara while Manjari tells them that if Akshara is really unwell then she will get more sick. 

Just then, Kairav and Muskaan come there and begs Manjari and Abhimanyu to let Abheer go with them to Kasauli as Akshara’s life depends on it. 

Before Abhimanyu can say anything, the police come there and Abhimanyu runs to them telling him that his son is missing. 

Kairav is shocked to hear the news and grabs Abhimanyu’s collar asking him where has such a small boy gone and what kind of a father he is to have lost his son. 

Meanwhile, the police tell Kairav to not forget their presence while Kairav tells them that he is Abheer’s uncle and this man has lost his nephew after taking away Abheer from his parents. 

Abhimanyu angrily tells Kairav to shut up and tells him that he is not in the mood to hear his allegations and is only concerned about finding his son. 

On the other hand, Abheer asks a Kachori vendor about the way to the station while he asks him about his parents. 

Abheer lies to them and eyes the Kachoris feeling hungry. 

However, he abstains from buying any as he has limited money that he cannot spend on food. 

Later, Akshara is looking at the watch when Abhinav comes to her with food. 

Just then, the clock strikes two and Akshara tells Abhinav to call Abheer. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu’s phone is on silent while he is busy talking to the police. 

Manjari sees Abhinav’s call and thinks that Kairav must have told them about Abheer. 

At the same time, Shivansh and Ruhi come down with Nishtha to be interrogated.

Police ask the children if they know anything about Abheer and if he told them about going anywhere or what is bothering him. 

Shivansh tells the inspector that he does not know anything but Ruhi clenches her hand together and then runs back to her room. 

Meanwhile, Manjari tells the inspector that Ruhi is very close to Abheer and is very worried ever since he is missing. 

At the Goenka house, Manish folds on the floor on hearing about Abheer, and others are equally shattered to hear the news. 

In Kasauli, Akshara tells Abhinav to call Manish or Kairav and tells them to go to Abheer and make him call her. 

As Abhinav calls Manish, he refuses to pick up the call telling everyone that he does not have the courage to talk to him.

Meanwhile, Swarna also refuses to pick up the call while Surekha takes the phone with shaking hands and politely asks about Akshara. 

On being asked, she lies to Abhinav about meeting Abheer and that he is coming with Ruhi in the evening. 

Abhinav gets happy and tells her to video call Akshara as she wants to see Abheer while Surekha tells him that if he needs anything then they are all with him. 

Akshara asks Abhinav what Surekha said while Abhinav tells her about Abheer visiting Goenka's house in the evening and will video call her. 

However, Abhinav also gets worried thinking that something is definitely wrong as Surekha never shows concern for him before. 

Elsewhere, Abheer is exhausted from walking and sits to catch his breath before moving again and going to pick up a water bottle from the nearby truck that was loading home stuff.

Unfortunately, he faints and falls in the nearby crib while a cloth covers him.
