Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 29th June 2023 episode starts with Abhinav helping Abhimanyu unpack bags while Abhimanyu thanks him for dropping him off.

Abhinav acknowledges Abhimanyu for staying for so long and bidding Muskaan a farewell like her own elder brother and unwillingly Abhimanyu embrace Abhinav on his request.

Later, seeing Abhinav cuddling Abhir emotionally, Akshara sits by while Abhinav states he cannot believe how Abhir even after knowing him not to be his biological father, loves him so much that he grips Abhinav’s fingers tight even while sleeping.

Akshara scolds him and asks if she and Abhir failed to prove him in these six years that he has a family who loves and cares about him.

Abhinav apologises to Akshara and states that he is better than the world’s richest man because he has Abhir and Akshara by his side.

He further tells Akshara that she has won in the fight for Abhimanyu and she does not need to worry about him anymore.

Akshara asks Abhimanyu to promise her to bring back Abhir in their house and soon return from Udaipur to Kasauli, to which Abhimanyu agrees.

Later, Akshara hears the wind chime rattling and runs to bring out ribbons while they both tie them together to the wind chime praying for Abhir’s good career, well being and life partner.

The next day, Akshara is stunned to see Kairav and Muskan back and all the family members ask them why they are back so soon.

Kairav and Muskan grievance that they all did not inform them about Abhir’s custody case therefore they could not leave their family alone this time and they returned.

Manish scolds them saying that they should rather spend this time together as family problems are incessant and requires only time to heal.

Kairav and Muskaan fight all along telling even if they were out their consciousness, they would stay back worrying about Abhir, while Abhir runs and embraces Kairav happily.

Later, Akshara and Abhinav try to elate Abhir by asking him to play football with them while he gets sad and sits by his bed.

Akshara asks them why he is gloomy while Abhir asks her whether his real father was a bad person due to which they separated.

Abhinav explains him that his real father is a good man but people tend to separate after quarrelling a lot to avoid mess.

Secondly, Abhir sadly asks whether he has to live with his real father if they loose the custody, while Akashara shuns him telling that together they make the best team which never looses any fight.

Later, Akshara and Abhimanyu respectively get court notice for Abhir’s custody the next day while both of them are taken back fearing that they cannot loose their child.

Meanwhile, Akshara day dreams that Abhir gets to know about Abhimanyu, his doc man being his real father while Manjiri provocates him against his parents being liars and Abhir decides to live with Abhimanyu.

Her dreams break when the family advocate asks them to bring Abhir to the court to display that the three are a happy family together.

Scared, Akshara asks him not to take Abhir to court while Abhinav states he does not intend to take Abhir to court to make him a part of quarrels and debates.

Meanwhile, the advocate insists them to portray their family picture in the court which will make them win half of the battle.

Concurrently, Akshara shivers overwhelmed with the thought of tomorrow's custody proceedings.
