Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 2nd February 2023 episode starts with Ruhi giving headphones to Abhimanyu who becomes shocked to hear Akshara’s voice. 

Ruhi tells Abhimanyu not to tell anyone that she has made him hear this song, or else she will be scolded again. 

Meanwhile, Ruhi runs inside to tell Manjari that Abhimanyu has returned. 

However, Manjari comes out to meet him, Abhimanyu is not there as he walks out in the night to numb his pain, making Aarohi & Manjari utterly confused.

In the meantime, Akshara and Neelam Amma are packing their old stuff for donation. 

Neelam Amma asks Abhinav about Abhimanyu reaching home safely which stops Akshara’s hands while Abhinav wonders how difficult it is for her to forget her past even when she is between family and Abheer too. 

He also feels sympathy for Abhimanyu who has no one. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu is walking on washerman street with weak legs and falls on the ground when a piece of clothing shroud his face. 

Everywhere, he can see Akshara and him in the past and cries like a baby while lying on the road. 

Meanwhile, Abheer wants Abhinav to wear the sweater that Abhimanyu has brought for him as his old sweater has a hole.

Akshara's hands freeze at Abhimanyu's name while Abhinav tries to give an excuse to Abheer. 

Akshara brings a new muffler with Abhinav’s name on it and tells him to wear it in PTA. 

She also tells Abheer that Abhimanyu’s gift looks good on the outside but will pinch Abhinav so he is better off without it. 

Elsewhere, people come to Abhimanyu’s help by asking him if he is alright. 

Abhimanyu tells them that she should have forgiven him and finished the matter as there is no relationship between them. 

He tells them that he knows he is wrong but she was wrong too. 

Abhimanyu’s condition begins to worsen as he vents his feelings at not being given an apology. 

Just then, someone calls Abhimanyu’s phone and the person tells the other person that Abhimanyu does not look well and he should come and get him. 

Meanwhile, Abhinav shows Akshara an article about Kairav's success which pleases Akshara immensely but she stops herself from calling him, knowing how angry he is with her. 

In the meantime, Rohan comes to take Abhimanyu and gets sad to see his condition

He tells people that his patience has been given away after six years while Abhimanyu begs him to help him get better as he cannot breathe and there is some serious problem with him. 

Elsewhere, Abhinav gives Akshara a phone to call her family and talk or else she will not be at peace. 

Meanwhile, Akshara talks to Manish and expresses her pride in Kairav’s success.

She asks him about Kairav while Manish puts the phone on speaker. 

Kairav hears Akshara’s voice asking about him and wishes that he gives up her anger and talk to her at least once. 

However, Kairav tells her to stop asking about him as he will remain out of network. 

Akshara feels sad at Kairav’s response while Muskaan who overheard Kairav blames him for being a brute. 

Akshara tries to defend Kairav, saying he must be in more pain than she is. 

However, Muskaan has no sympathy for Kairav and tells her that Kairav should stop feeling sorry for him and accept her apology. 

However, Akshara tells her that it is not easy to forgive anyone and that is why she never forces Kairav to forgive her.
