Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 2nd June 2023 episode starts with Abheer writing in his diary why is his real father not living with his mother. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu feels piercing pain in his heart and tells Abheer that his mother is very nice and it might be his father’s fault that his mother is not with him. 

He tells him to never think that he is at fault for all this as he is the best baby in the world. 

Just then Abhinav comes there and takes Abheer to school. 

Meanwhile, Abheer asks Abhinav if he would have loved him the same way if he wouldn’t have been his father.

Abheer’s questions rattle Abhinav and he wonders if Abhimanyu has told Abheer the truth but refutes his thoughts thinking that Abhimanyu will never do that. 

Later, Akshara is praying to God nervously to help her get passed in her exams as she wants to be a good lawyer for Abheer and Abhinav. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu comes to her and assures her that she will not fail this exam as she has passed many big exams in life with flying colours.

Just then, Abhinav calls Akshara to inform her that he will not be able to take her to the exam centre because of a landslide. 

Akshara tells Abhimanyu that she is taking the bus and tells him to lock the door if he has to go out. 

Elsewhere, Kairav comes to apologise to Manish and tells him that he was only trying to protect himself from getting hurt again in love. 

He admits that he has hurt Muskaan a lot but not anymore as he cannot live without her. 

Meanwhile, Manish tells him that if he really loves Muskaan then make her believe in his love and if she will agree to have him then he will talk to Neelam Amma and Abhinav. 

At the bus stop, Akshara arrives to find the bus gone and prays to God for intervention when Abhimanyu arrives there with a car and offers Akshara the lift but she tries to be stubborn in taking his help. 

However, Abhimanyu tells her that God has given her a chance to realise her dream so she should make the most of the opportunity. 

Akshara accepts his lift but continues to be nervous when Abhimanyu distracts her mind by telling her about his examination experiences.

Elsewhere, Surekha tries to turn everyone against Muskaan telling them her background is no match to them. 

Manish argues with Surekha about giving more importance to Kairav’s happiness when Suhasini tells Manish that she is also against Muskaan and Kairav’s proposal. 

Meanwhile, Ruhi calls Abhimanyu while he is driving and tells him to help Abheer who now knows that Abhinav is not his father. 

Akshara is shocked to hear the news and misunderstands Abhimanyu. 

Angrily she tells him to stop the car and gets ready to jump out of it when Abhimanyu refuses. 

As soon as Abhimanyu stops the car, Akshara gets down and accuses him of achieving his aim by sucking up their happiness for which he has come. 

Abhimanyu is hurt at Akshara’s allegation and tells her that he has not told Abheer anything and that if he would have told him the truth then he would have told him that he is his father. 

He also tells her that it was she and Abhinav who is responsible for Abheer knowing the truth. 

Akshara gets worried about Abheer’s mental and emotional state and decides to forgo the exam. 

However, Abhimanyu tells her that she cannot give up her exam as she has a big fight coming and she should prepare for that because he will come at her with full throttle for Abheer’s custody. 

Akshara weighs in on the situation and decides to take the exam but takes the lift of a passing neighbour to reach the examination hall and leaves Abhimanyu behind.
