Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 30th April 2023 episode starts with Abhinav talking to Neelam Amma on the phone when Akshara also joins him and assures her that they will talk to Muskaan about this. 

Just then, Muskaan comes there to call them while Akshara tells her about Neelam Amma’s call and that she has asked them to look into the proposal for her of a guy who lives in Udaipur.

Muskaan gets worried and tells her that she is not ready to get married yet while Abhinav asks her if she is refusing because she has someone in mind.

However, Muskaan denies Abhinav’s suspicions and tells them she is just not ready now.

Later, Muskaan thinks about Kairav and shyly smiles remembering his comments about liking her. 

On the other hand, Parth refuses to go to Dubai for work calling it Shefali and Abhimanyu’s ploy to send him away. 

Mahima tells him that this is a good opportunity for him as Aarohi is investigating the case of machines at the hospital however, Parth remains adamant and refuses to budge. 

Meanwhile, Abhinav admires the group photo taken at the party and puts it in his wallet.

At the same time, Abhimanyu also stares at his photo with Abheer and also holds his photo with Ruhi and Aarohi. 

The next morning, Kairav tells Akshara and Abhinav about a summer camp which is a gift for Abheer from him. 

Abhinav and Akshara hesitate at accepting the gift while Kairav tells her that it is his way of trying to keep them away from there. 

At his slip of the tongue, Kairav thinks of telling Akshara that he knows about Abheer’s truth but Muskaan intervenes telling them that he is talking about the pollution in Udaipur. 

Just then, Surekha also comes there and sarcastically reminds them to take Abhimanyu’s permission as Abheer’s doctor before leaving. 

After a while, Akshara calls Abhimanyu to inform him about taking Abheer to summer camp and that there is a hospital within a kilometer range in case of emergency. 

Abhimanyu asks her the name and other details of the summer camp but Akshara refuses saying that she does not want him to come there. 

Abhimanyu is not happy at the idea of Abheer going away but Akshara convinces him by saying Abheer needs nature and happiness. 

However, Abhimanyu tells Akshara that he understands her reason for taking Abheer away from him because of what happened the other day but it is not going to be the last time. 

Later, Abhimanyu comes to his room to find himself packed for a surprise trip. 

In the meantime, Abhimanyu tells Aarohi that he cannot leave Abheer like this but Aarohi tells him that Abheer’s next appointment is after four days.

Aarohi also tells him to choose his priorities and if he is going to be so busy with Ruhi, she will have to prepare Ruhi to live without him.

She also tells him that she will wait for him for five minutes; after that, they will leave, and he can decide what is important to him. 

Meanwhile, Manjari prays to God about making Aarohi and Abhimanyu’s relationship strong.

Abhir and Ruhi look excited to see the fun activities at the summer camp. 

Elsewhere, Kairav is being angry at Muskaan for not letting him tell the truth while Muskaan tells him to wait until the surgery. 

In the meantime, Abhir encounters Abhimanyu, Ruhi, and Aarohi at the camp and becomes happy to see Ruhi. 

Both of them take off to play where Abheer tells Ruhi about the gifts Abhimanyu has given to him which makes Ruhi jealous. 

On the other hand, Akshara and Aarohi feel irritated at seeing each other at the camp and decide to leave immediately.
