Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 30th March 2023 episode starts with Abheer searching about his symptoms on the internet and deciding to call Abhimanyu after not understanding anything about it. 

Just then, Akshara comes there and questions him for calling Abhimanyu despite her warning. 

Abheer tries to make an excuse but finally tells Akshara and Abhinav about consulting Abhimanyu secretly as he does not want to worry them. 

However, Akshara tells him that he should have told them and this hospital trip could be avoided. 

Abhinav also tells Abheer that it is children’s duty to tell their parents everything, especially their health issues. 

Meanwhile, Akshara tells Abheer to not worry about his health as his reports will come the next day and everything will be fine.

On the other hand, Manjari tells Abhimanyu and Aarohi that she has sought some dates for their marriage as there is no reason to wait. 

Both Abhimanyu and Aarohi tell Manjari to do as she sees fit while Manjari tells them that the nearest date is after one month.

Meanwhile, Abhinav and Akshara are discussing Abheer and several moments in the past that brought them happiness. 

After a while, Akshara checks the watch and is disappointed to see it is only 2 in the morning. 

Meanwhile, Abhinav tells her to not worry as everything will be fine and if anything small comes out, then they will get treatment for it. 

He tells her to go and sleep and he will get the report tomorrow. 

As he stands up, his foot misses the tea cup and it spills while Akshara offers him her cup. 

Later, Abhinav and Akshara share a cup of tea while worrying about Abheer. 

The next day, Manjari suggests postponing the date for Shefali’s sake as she is going through so much at this time. 

However, Shefali tells her that she does not need coddling and wants to enjoy Abhimanyu’s marriage. 

As everyone talks about the cards and guest list, Ruhi comes there and tells them that she wants to invite Abheer to the wedding as well. 

Both Manjari and Abhimanyu try to make an excuse for Abheer while Ruhi tells Abhimanyu that Abheer loves him a lot and came to the hospital alone to see him. 

Ruhi’s news surprises Abhimanyu and he questions the connection they both feel with each other.  

Elsewhere, Abhinnav is at the doctor's office worrying while Doctor reads the report. 

After a while, he asks him if everything is alright and the doctor tells him that Abheer’s condition is very serious.

Abhinav feels hollow from the inside to hear the doctor and cries for Abheer.

Just then, he gets a call from Akshara and panics thinking about how to break the news to Akshara. 

After a while, Abhinav picks up the call and lies to Akshara about not getting the report till the next day. 

Afterward, Abhinav cries in agony feeling helpless and scared for Abheer while his whole life revolves around his eyes.  

Meanwhile, Dr. Rohan is discussing a child report while Abhimanyu tells him that he does not like seeing children in the hospital. 

At home, Akshara looks at Abhinav curiously as he is behaving weirdly and asks about the report. 

Abhinav tells her that they will get the report the next day as he told her on phone and he comes to Abheer who is sleeping soundly and cries while holding him. 

He gets out of the house trying to control his crying. 

Just then, Akshara comes to him asking him for being here when she has served lunch. 

Abhinav wipes his tears and tells Akshara that he forgot about a client and will be going to pick him up. 

Just then, Akshara sees a file in Abhinav’s car and gets suspicious.
