Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 30th September 2023 episode starts with Akshara and Abhimanyu unveiling the Ganpati and looking surprised. 

In the meantime, Manjari sees the idol and becomes worried telling Manish that the trunk of the Ganpati was supposed to be on the left side. 

Abhimanyu tells her that Akshara has made it towards the left only while Surekha asks him how he knows that. 

Akshara and Abhimanyu look puzzled for a minute and then Akshara lies telling Surekha that she sent the picture to Abhimanyu.

Meanwhile, Manjari gets worried thinking who could have tempered with the idol and Kairav looks suspiciously at Muskaan. 

However, Abheer confesses that it was he who shifted the direction of the idol’s trunk when it came into his hand when he was peeking at it. 

Abheer apologises and tells them to not cancel their wedding because of that. 

Abhimanyu tells him to not worry as they will solve the problem but Manjari worries about the delay in the veneration and that they have to install the idol at the auspicious hour only. 

As every contemplates the problem, Akshara gets an idea and she collects the leaves and creates a leaf idol asking Manjari if this Ganpati will do. 

Manjari and others look pleased and relieved and the veneration begins. 

During the veneration, Akshara freezes thinking about moments with Abhinav but Abhimanyu helps her unfreeze and tells her that they have promised to help each other whenever the other falters. 

Later, Manjari double-checks the arrangements before the arrival of their favourite cousin who is coming to India after many years. 

Both the sisters are excited to have him and tell childhood stories about each other. 

Just then, Sujeet arrives with his wife and hugs them with happiness. 

Sujeet and his wife meet with everyone and then Manjari gives Abhimanyu some instructions before going in for dinner. 

The next morning, Abhimanyu arrives at Abheer’s room and thinks that seeing only one person asleep under the duvet assumes that Abheer is still asleep. 

However, Abhimanyu is shocked to see Akshara instead of Abheer when he bends to place a kiss. 

Akshara gets shocked and abruptly sits up asking Abhimanyu what is he doing there. 

Just then, Abheer comes there and asks them why they are still in the bed when they are supposed to be at the temple. 

Akshara looks surprised at the news while Abheer tells her that Manjari asked them to go there for the longevity of their relationship.

Later, Abhimanyu brings the bike for Akshara to sit telling her that there is construction on the way so they will have to use the bike. 

At the temple, AbhiRa’s many memories come rushing seeing a couple getting married. 

Just then, the Pandit Ji calls them and blesses them for an everlasting marriage. 

Afterwards, Abhimanyu and Akshara sit at the temple stairs making plans for their life after marriage. 

As Abhimanyu stands to leave, his foot slips and he experiences a jolt but is saved by Akshara. 

However, Akshara tells him that she will drive the bike instead while Abhimanyu whines telling her that he is fine and can drive. 

While riding, a simple “Oye” triggers many memories of the past when they rode the very bike together as lovers. 

Akshara grows quiet while Abhimanyu thinks that the way he feels for her is his problem alone but he wants to keep her happy and never again disappoint her.
