Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 3rd April 2023 episode starts with Abhinav and Akshara helping Abheer in his recovery after the operation.

After a few days, Abheer is feeling better and tells Abhinav that he has had enough rest and wants to go home. 

Abheer gets excited thinking about meeting everyone there. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu and Aarohi are driving towards the resort while Abhir’s car passes them by. 

Abheer calls Abhimanyu which surprises him and he stops the car to check the voice but cannot see him. 

In the meantime, Abheer meets everyone at the Goenka house while Muskaan takes him to his room to play. 

Afterwards, Manish scolds Akshara and Abhinav for not telling them about Abheer’s condition and treating them like strangers. 

Akshara tries to explain herself but Manish walks out from there in anger.

Meanwhile, Kairav tells Akshara to not worry as he will talk to Manish and tells her that he has arranged for another doctor to do Abheer’s surgery.

However, Akshara tells him that only Abhimanyu will do the operation as he is the best choice for Abheer.

She tells him that people will talk about whatever they want but she will only focus on what she needs to do for her son. 

Abhinav also tells him that he will stand by Akshara and convince Abhimanyu in doing the surgery. 

Meanwhile, Surekha tells Abhinav that Abhimanyu is unreachable for the time being as he has gone to a resort with Aarohi and Ruhi and there is no phone allowed there. 

Abhinav asks her the name of the resort while Surekha tells her that only Manjari would know about it and that they will be back in three days. 

Hearing about three days, Abhinav gets worried thinking that Abheer do not have this much time and decides to reach out to Manjari to get the resort name. 

Akshara comes to Manish apologising to him for hurting him and tells him that she has been on a roller coaster ride as she is getting shock after shock. 

She also blames herself for not realising Abhir’s condition and his lies and put herself before him. 

She tells him that she stood stubbornly about not coming to Udaipur for Abheer’s treatment while Abhinav put everything aside and only thought about Abheer. 

She tells him that she is the worst mother, worst daughter and worst wife. 

However, Manish tells her to not blame herself because he is the one who has failed instead as he could not realise her troubles and problems.  

He tells her that they are all cast from the same cloth as Abheer & was protecting him and he would have done the same.

He also tells her to promise her to never ever do that again and asks her if only Abhimanyu can do the operation. 

On hearing that there is no other choice, Manish tells her that they will have to be careful during this interaction so Ruhi and Aarohi do not get affected. 

At the resort, Abhimanyu, Ruhi and Aarohi come down for some booth photos at Ruhi’s request and afterwards, Abhimanyu takes one photo from Ruhi to put in his wallet. 

Meanwhile, Abhinav calls Manjari to ask him about Abhimanyu’s location.

As Abhinav tells Akshara about Manjari disconnecting her phone, Manjari's voice makes them look at the door.

However, Manjari gets scared at the thought of Akshara ruing Abhimanyu’s happiness and disconnects the call.
