Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 3rd February 2023 episode starts with Rohan bringing Abhimanyu to his cabin where Abhimanyu talks about not getting forgiveness. 

Abhimanyu begs him to help him release this pain and make him sleep, or else he will die in pain. 

Dr. Rohan gives him the injection to sleep which makes Abhimanyu sleep. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu talks in sleep about Akshara and cries about the past and his mistakes. 

He wants to know how she managed to move on so that he can move on too and cries for Akshara’s forgiveness.

Meanwhile, Rohan receives Aarohi’s call on Abhimanyu’s number and lies to her about Abhimanyu coming to the hospital for emergency surgery. 

Aarohi does not believe Rohan as she did not get any notification from the hospital. 

Meanwhile, Manjari is also worried about Abhimanyu’s unusual behavior and hopes that Akshara is not behind this. 

Later, Abhimanyu wakes up with a startle and in his semiconscious state, messages Akshara to call him to talk as his life depends on it. 

After a while, Dr. Rohan comes to check on Abhimanyu and is surprised to see him awake. 

Abhimanyu also realizes his depressed state and worries about losing his composure and not telling anyone at home about his leaving so suddenly. 

Meanwhile, Abhinav calls Neelam Amma late at night to show the muffler Akshara made for him while she scolds him for not waiting till morning. 

She also tells him to make this relationship real as well.

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu returns home to find Manjari waiting for him and hugs her. 

In the meantime, Akshara has prepared a donation box. 

The next day, Abhinav is cleaning his car when his inner self calls him, saying that he looks chirpy. 

Abhinav tells himself that he is always scared of being left alone even now when Akshara tells him that she has put her past behind and locked it. 

He is afraid that one day, Abheer will be taken away with him along with Akshara. 

His inner self tells him to not think too much and make a place in Akshara’s life to get all his happiness. 

Just then, Muskaan comes to tease him about practicing confessing his love. 

Abhinav asks her if she is talking about his love all the time because she wants his help in the future. 

Muskaan rolls her eyes and tells him that she is not a coward like him and if she waits for his help, then her love story will also run in slow motion. 

She tells him that she believes in love and the stories related to it and that is what he needs to do too.

Meanwhile, Kairav sarcastically taunts Manish for using old fashion ways to express his love for Swarna.

He tells him that love is old fashion and he has a problem with love. 

Manish tells him love is not a fashion and that, he still wishes for him to have someone in life who believes in love and can remind him of the love that he used to believe in. 

However, Kairav calls love a magician’s trick that only looks wonderful until it is not understood.
