Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 3rd March 2023 episode starts with Abheer requesting Abhimanyu to convince his parents to stay. 

Abheer put the call on speaker while Abhimanyu tells him that he should listen to his mother. 

Abhimanyu tells Abhinav to stay if Abheer wants it so much and excuses himself. 

However, Akshara tells him that they are not staying there no matter who says it. 

Abheer and Abhinav pray to God to do what is best for them. 

Meanwhile, Suhasini, Manish and Swarna are discussing AKshara’s departure and that despite their sadness they cannot ask her to stay longer. 

In the meanwhile, Manjari and Ruhi are discussing the engagement when Abhimanyu comes there worrying Manajri about his hand wound. 

Manjari updates Manjari about the engagement events when Mahima asks about Akshara. 

Manjari feels offended and tells Mahima that taking her name was not necessary. 

She also tells her that Akshara will not be staying for the engagement and is leaving today which is a relief for her. 

In the meantime, ABheer tells Akshara that he is not feeling well but Akshara ignores it thinking it to be a ploy to stay behind. 

Akshara also stops Suhasini from crying at her leaving and tells her to send her with a smile. 

On the way, ABheer faints with a fever and Akshara and Abhinav get shocked and take him to the nearest hospital. 

Goenka’s feeling sad about Akshara’s leaving when Surekha announces her arrival. 

Meanwhile, Akshara is shocked to see that they are in Birla's house. 

Akshara tells the nurse to call the doctor as her son is unconscious. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu is driving in trans thinking about Akshara when a car honk saves him from an accident. 

Elsewhere, Surekha happily meets everyone while Suhasini expresses her surprise to see her. 

Meanwhile, Akshara panics to see Abheer still unconscious while the Nurse takes her out to let the doctor examine him. 

Later, Abhimanyu comes to the hospital and finds AKshara standing in front of him. 

Akshara tells him that Abheer is unwell while Abhinav explains his condition to him. 

As ABhimanyu is about to go check up on him AKshara stops him saying that another doctor is checking on him. 

Abhimanyu feels hurt and obliges Akshara’s wish and goes away while Abhinav asks Akshara what was the harm in Abhimanyu checking Abheer. 

Akshara tells him that she can not risk Abhimanyu finding out about Abheer as so many test are done at the hospital.  

Meanwhile, Surekha explains her excitement for coming here on Abhimanyu and Aarohi’s engagement and asks about Akshara’s reaction. 

On the other hand, Abhimanyu is walking towards his cabin when he hears Abheer calling for Papa and stops. 

Despite Akshara’s instructions, Abhimanyu cannot leave Abheer alone and goes to him.

Abheer hugs Abhimanyu in sleep while Abhimanyu assures him that he will be fine. 

Just then Abhinav returns with the medicine and is shocked to see Abhimanyu with Abheer. 

Meanwhile, Swarna explains to Surekha about Akshara has no issues with Aarohi’s engagement and that she is on the way to Kasauli. 

Abheer opens his eyes to see Abhimanyu and tells him that he will be fine now that he is here. 

Later, Abhimanyu spots Abhinav and Akshara and tells them that he is here to meet Abheer. 

Just then Abheer’s doctor comes there and tells Akshara and Abhinav that Abhir is fine for now but is not fit for travel. 

Abheer becomes happy and thanks God.
