Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 3rd November 2023 episode starts with Akshara leaving the house with Abheer while the family watches her leave. 

As she settles Abheer in the car and gives the place a last look, Kairav and Muskaan come there telling her that they will also go with her. 

Akshara tells them to back inside as they will be needed in the house when it is time for her to go. 

Kairav tells her that neither she nor the family are in their right mind, nor is she leaving the house as a solution to anything.

However, Akshara tells them that Ruhi will be happy and she has promised Aarohi that she will keep Ruhi safe forever. 

On hearing that Ruhi needs protection from her, Kairav tells her that she is talking nonsense and it is the reason they were apart for six years and she again wants to repeat the same mistake. 

Akshara asks Kairav to promise her that he will never take her name in front of Ruhi as every time her name is taken in front of her, she will feel hatred for her. 

Seeing Kairav protest, Akshara tells him to do this last favour to her and Aarohi.

Kairav promises her that no one will take her name in front of Ruhi ever again. 

Elsewhere, Manjari tells Abhimanyu not to take Akshara’s name in front of her while he tells her that Akshara is not at fault. 

Manjari tells him that there are so many deaths associated with Akshara while Abhimanyu tells her that life and death are not in the hands of mankind and Akshara is not to blame for that.

He also tells her that Akshara is leaving the house with Abheer and she needs him while Manjari reminds him that Ruhi needs him too. 

However, Abhimanyu tells her that Ruhi has her and the rest of the family but Akshara is alone and this time, he will not leave her like this. 

Later, Abhimanyu asks Akshara where is she going and says that she might be independent but he is not as strong as she is. 

Akshara tells him that Ruhi needs him while Abhimanyu tells her that Ruhi needs him but she needs him too and he can look after Ruhi while being with her but he cannot look after her while living there. 

She tells him that she has left the house to give Ruhi a good future and he is the only one who can give her that. 

However, he tells her that he wants to give all three children a safe future as he loves them equally and he loves her therefore, will go with her wherever she goes. 

Elsewhere, Manish looks at the broach and recalls the time when Akshara gifted it to him from her first salary. 

He also recalls his father's watch that he had given to Akshara with the advice that his father gave him while giving the watch about always putting her family first. 

After a while, he breaks the broach that he always promised to cherish and hammers it into pieces. 

He apologises to Kartik and Kiara for not being able to look after Akshara but he decides to look after Ruhi and always keep her happy.

Elsewhere, Abhimanyu suggests to Akshara that they should leave Udaipur and go away from there. 

Akshara agrees and tells him that it will be better for them if they do not stay in touch with the family.

On the other hand, Manjari cries for Abhimanyu, telling Shefali and Mahima that she has lost her son to Akshara and he will never come back to her.
