Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 4th April 2023 episode starts with Abhinav telling Akshara that Manjari has disconnected the call. 

Just then, Manjari comes there telling Abhinav that she has come to talk to Akshara while Akshara and others looked shocked. 

Manjari accuses her of coming back into their life to ruin Abhimanyu’s life.

However, Akshara tells her that she has not come here to meet Abhimanyu her son but Dr. Abhimanyu Birla as Abheer has a hole in his heart and every doctor has recommended Abhimanyu Birla to be his only chance to succeed.

Manjari feels shocked thinking about Abheer who is so young to be going through such heart troubles. 

Meanwhile, Akshara requests her to call Abhimanyu at the resort and call him as her son's life is in danger. 

However, Manjari is ready to leave when Akshara stops her by holding her hand and requests her to help her but Manjari jerks her hand free and walks away. 

Akshara gets disheartened that Manjari will not allow Abhimanyu to do the surgery. 

However, Kairav tells her that their family is not dependent on Abhimanyu and he will get the best doctor for Abheer. 

Meanwhile, Akshara thinks that fate is bringing Abhimanyu and Abheer back together again and again and forcing her to accept that Abhimanyu is important to Abheer. 

On the other hand, Manjari is in dilemma about helping Akshara at the cost of Abhimanyu’s future with Aarohi and Ruhi. 

Meanwhile, Abhir’s doctor at Kasauli tells Abhinav to not delay the surgery as Abheer has travelled a long distance. 

Just then Abheer’s condition deteriorates and breathing becomes a problem for him. 

In the meantime, Abhimanyu calls Rohan to ask if there is any emergency at the hospital while Dr Rohan tells him that everything is under control and he should enjoy the vacation. 

Meanwhile, Ruhi tells Abhimanyu to make a nameplate for the tent while Abhimanyu gets on to work and puts his phone on the table. 

Elsewhere, Kairav throws the phone away in frustration when the doctor he was calling refuses to come to Udaipur for Abheer’s surgery. 

On hearing the noise, Muskaan comes to him and comforts him. 

On the other hand, Mahima asks Manjari why is she so worried while Anand asks Shefali if she knows anything. 

Meanwhile, Manish comes to Birla’s house and requests her to not punish Abheer for Akshara’s sins. 

He asks her to save Abheer’s life and begs her to call Abhimanyu before it gets too late. 

Mahima, Shefali, Anand, and Nishtha are shocked to hear about Abheer while Manjari looks worried and helpless. 

After Manish left, Mahima tells Manjari why can they not go to another doctor instead of Abhimanyu while Shefali tells her that the reason must be very strong for Manish to come here begging. 

She also tells them that Akshara would not have come here if it was not important. 

Meanwhile, Akshara is preparing for some holy ritual when Shefali calls Akshara telling her that Manjari has agreed to let Abhimanyu do the operation which relieves Akshara and Abhinav.

She also tells her that for now Abhimanyu is not reachable and they will have to wait for his return which worries Abhinav as Abheer does not have much time. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu makes the house of cards with Ruhi and Aarohi while his noodles get cooked. 

On the other hand, Kairav is sceptical about relying on Abhimanyu who has so much personal baggage in this case that there will be drama at the time of surgery. 

However, Muskaan tells him to have hope and trust because only these are the two things that are in their control and if he does not want to trust then at least he can keep hope that everything will be alright. 

In the meantime, Dr Rohan calls Akshara assuring her that they are ready for surgery and giving her Abhimanyu another number to call him. 

On the other hand, Aarohi is shocked to see Akshara’s call on Abhimanyu’s private number.
