Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 4th March 2023 episode starts with Akshara asking the doctor to give Abheer some medicine so that they can travel. 

However, Abhinav requests Akshara to not take a risk and Abheer is delighted at the news and tells Abhimanyu that he will be here to rock his engagement. 

Meanwhile, Surekha complains to everyone for not being told as she too would have met Abhinav and Akshara then. 

She also taunts Akshara’s poor status and whines about not being able to meet Abheer earlier. 

Just then, Abheer's voice interrupts them, worrying everyone but Abheer explains about them about his sickness and tells them that they will be staying in Udaipur till Holi. 

Abhinav tells Manish that they will not be staying here but in the guest cottage. 

Manish gets offended and questions Abhinav about his claim of being their son and not their son-in-law. 

Akshara also tries to intervene but Manish silences them all, saying they would not go anywhere until Abheer recovers.

After a while, Surekha meets with Abheer and is happy to hear about their stay till the engagement.

Meanwhile, Manjari excitedly talks on the phone, instructing them all to come on time.

Just then, the Interior Designer comes there while Manjari tells Abhimanyu that it was she who called the designer in order to change the interior so that the place is able to accommodate Aarohi’s things too. 

Aarohi also feels awkward and tells Manajri that there was no need to hurry as there is still a lot of time left for that. 

Manajri tells her that it has already been too late and that they must take efforts to make a place in the heart for the new relationship to blossom. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu feels empty hearing Manjari's talk about making a place in the heart and looks around his room whose every corner is a testament to Akshara and his love. 

Abhimanyu is conflicted by the bombardment of memories and making room for Aarohi in his room. 

However, he decides to fulfill his promise to Ruhi and begins to clear his things from the room. 

Just then, Aarohi comes to Abhimanyu telling him that there is no need to hurry them as this is not a race but a marathon where they should focus on the finish line.

Abhimanyu apologizes to Aarohi and tells her that despite the awkwardness, they will make a go at this relationship and will work to make things better. 

Aarohi tells him to not take stress while Abhimanyu tells her that he is ok with the renovations.

Just then, Nishtha calls Abhimanyu telling him to get ready. 

In the meantime, Manish and Swarna are stuck in the traffic while the auspicious time for the veneration is passing by. 

They call Suhasini to tell her to come with Kalash to Birla's house while they will join them. 

Suhasini tells them that they will get late anyhow as the Kalash has to be taken by a married couple and Surekha is alone here. 

However, Surekha suggests assigning the responsibility to Akshara and Abhinav as they cannot hide them when they are in Udaipur. 

Manish and Suhasini strongly oppose Surekha’s suggestion while Surekha tells them that this is the best solution given the circumstances.

Akshara and Abhinav overhear their conversation while Suhasini looks embarrassed. 

Later, Abhimanyu comes down the stairs dressed for the ceremony when Pandit Ji tells him to join him for the Pooja. 

Manjari tells Pandit Ji that Abhimanyu will not do the pooja but instead fulfill the rituals. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu gazes at the Shivlinga deity and walks towards it, offering flowers while thinking about Abheer with tears running down his eyes. 

Ruhi sees Abhimanyu doing the Pooja and rejoices to see Shiv Ji and Abhimanyu reconciled. 

Manjari misunderstands Abhimanyu’s motivation and gives credit to the new relationship. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu prays for Abheer’s health.
