Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 4th May 2023 episode starts with Abhimanyu making a sorry card for Ruhi, promising to make it up to her. 

Meanwhile, he gets Abheer’s baby pictures and gets distracted. 

At the same time, the camp leader comes to Abhimanyu to seek his help for some guest.

Abhimanyu leaves his phone behind in a hurry while Ruhi comes looking for him. 

She becomes happy to see the butterfly card for her but her happiness turns to anger when she sees Abheer’s pictures on Abhimanyu’s mobile. 

Meanwhile, Manjari is coming to camp with Shefali, thinking about Ruhi’s complaint against Abhimanyu who is giving more attention to Abheer. 

Everyone at the camp is shocked to see the activity area trashed while Ruhi admits to destroying the camp. 

Abhimanyu chides Ruhi for destroying the camp while Ruhi tells him that he is bad and she does not want to stay at the camp anymore and runs away from there while Abhimanyu follows her. 

Meanwhile, Akshara and Aarohi look worried understanding Ruhi’s behaviour. 

Akshara Defends Aarohi

Other parents blame Aarohi for not teaching any manners to her daughter while Akshara comes to her defence, telling them it is easy to blame mothers. 

She questions them about their children who never does anything to embarrass them. 

She tells them to not judge a mother for her child’s behaviour who cannot be controlled like dolls. 

Later, Aarohi tells Akshara that she has saved a mother but what about her daughter who is losing her father bit by bit? 

Akshara decides to talk to Abhimanyu as she cannot let anything happen to Ruhi. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu apologises to Ruhi who has locked herself in a tent. 

Ruhi remains locked and refuses to come out despite Abhimanyu’s pleading. 

Elsewhere, a boy's mother praises her son for being calm and composed while Muskaan also comes there and gets introduced to them. 

Just then, Kairav also arrives home and is shocked to see the same person in his house who has damaged his car. 

In the meantime, Manjari and Shefali search for Abhimanyu and Aarohi when Abheer sees Manjari and comes running to her but Manjari ignores him and goes on. 

However, Abheer stops her and tells her that Ruhi is upset and she should pacify her. 

Manjari tells him that she will find Ruhi but he should stay with his parents and away from them.

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu, Akshara and Aarohi are all battling their feelings that Ruhi’s behaviour has evoked in them. 

After a while, Abhimanyu finds herself facing Akshara while Aarohi comes face to face with Abhinav. 

Elsewhere, Manish introduces Raghav to Kairav who snatches his phone and throws it on the floor telling him that now they are even. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu apologises to Akshara for Ruhi’s behaviour and says he does not understand what is happening with her. 

On the other hand, Aarohi breaks down in front of Abhinav and shares her insecurities with him. 

Akshara confronts Abhimanyu

He tells her that Akshara always comes between her and her happiness and the same is happening with her daughter. 

Meanwhile, Akshara reminds Abhimanyu of the promise he has given to Neil and tells him that Ruhi is his responsibility and who has always seen him as her father. 

Akshara accuses Abhimanyu of choosing Abheer over Ruhi who he has known for a few days. 

She tells him that Abheer’s life will not be affected if his Docman is not in his life but for Ruhi, her Poppy is her world. 

Meanwhile, Aarohi tells Abhinav that she is struggling to put her and Ruhi’s life some semblance by marrying Abhimanyu but Akshara has once again come back to take away her happiness.

Abhinav tells Aarohi that he is not denying her pain but the truth is that Akshara loves her and Ruhi a lot. 

Elsewhere, Akshara tells Abhimanyu that he cannot become Abheer’s father by breaking Ruhi’s heart and if he does not stop his madness for Abheer, then their children will suffer. 

She tells him to choose between Ruhi who is his responsibility and his son. 

Meanwhile, Manjari overhears Akshara and drops her phone in shock.
