Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 5th February 2023 episode starts with Abhimanyu telling Manjari that from now on, he has decided to stop running and asks her if she is happy with his decision. 

Ruhi asks Abhimanyu for her gift and gets happy to see the watch. 

He also takes out gifts for others and is shocked to see a bottle of Akshara’s jam. 

Ruhi tastes the jam and enjoys it a lot however, it falls down when Aarohi tries to take it. 

Just then, Aarohi gets the call from the hospital while Abhimanyu asks Ruhi what she wants to have for dinner. 

However, Ruhi insists on having more jam but Abhimanyu tells her that in life, not everything is within our reach and we only get what we want. 

He tells her that due to that, they should neither try nor be stubborn about getting it. 

Later, Mahima gets calls from the hospital about Aarohi being critical after getting the shock. 

Meanwhile, Abheer is telling Muskaan about Udaipur, while Neelam Amma expresses her concern for sending Muskaan so far away. 

She asks Akshara to convince Muskaan to not go there while Akshara tells her to let her go as she has given her freedom to dream and now the time has come to let her realize it.

Neelam Amma allows Muskaan to go to Udaipur while Abheer also wishes to go to Udaipur to meet his family and the doctor man. 

Elsewhere, Abhimanyu rushes to the hospital with Mahima and Anand and tries to stabilize Aarohi who is in a state of unconsciousness. 

Dr. Rohan informs Abhimanyu about the faulty scan machine. 

In the meantime, Manjari is trying to control her tears while keeping Ruhi engaged when Kairav comes to take Ruhi for an ice cream and reads the tension on their faces. 

Later, he asks Ruhi who tells her that everyone leaves the hospital one after another. 

Abhimanyu tells Aarohi to fight her condition because Ruhi is waiting for her.

In the meantime, Mahima observes Parth's worried face and is shocked to hear that Parth's negligence is responsible for Aarohi’s accident. 

In the meantime, Abhimanyu comes out and tells Rohan to find the person responsible for the faulty machines. 

Mahima takes the responsibility to save Parth while Abhimanyu expresses his regret for this kind of irresponsible behavior despite being the senior doctor. 

Just then, Kairav arrives there and accuses Abhimanyu of being responsible for Aarohi’s condition. 

Abhimanyu tries to talk reason but Kairav gets aggressive and tells him that he is taking Aarohi away from here as he does not trust them anymore. 

However, Abhimanyu refuses to let Aarohi go and tells Kairav to stand quietly or go sit in the waiting area. 

Just then, Ruhi comes there and tells Kairav to not shout and listen to Abhimanyu as this is a hospital. 

Abhimanyu gets shocked to see Ruhi there while Ruhi walks towards Aarohi’s room.
