Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 5th November 2023 episode starts with Abheer performing a grah Pravesh for Abhimanyu, Akshara and baby and later plays with her when Abhimanyu and Akshara are busy. 

Later, Abheer comes out of her reverie while watching his family photograph. 

On the other hand, Akshara and Abhimanyu are lost in their thoughts, living the hurtful moments of the past. 

Abhimanyu tells Akshara that they do not need to marry as they are living under the same roof like a typical family and once the baby is born, he will forget about all this marriage thing and get busy with her.

Meanwhile, Akshara recalls Abhimanyu’s confession of love not long ago and how Abheer told her that she should look for happiness with Abhimanyu.

The next morning Akshara and Abhimanyu get ready while Akshara asks him about the varmala. 

Abhimanyu realises that he has forgotten them and tells Akshara that he is going to get Abheer and will be back to pick her up. 

However, Akshara comes out telling him to hand her the Varmalas and then go 

Abhimanyu confesses that he has forgotten and that he will bring it on his way to pick up Abheer and then come to pick her up as well. 

Akshara tells him that she will meet him at the temple only so he come there. 

Seeing Abhimanyu stare at her, Akshara asks him what is he looking at when Abhimanyu asks her if he can take her picture.

After a while, Akshara recalls that it is inauspicious for a bride and groom to see each other before marriage.

However, Abhimanyu tells her that they live under the same roof and cannot avoid it when they are the ones making all the preparations. 

Further, Abhimanyu tells Akshara that something is stopping him from leaving while Akshara tells him that if he does not go and the auspicious time passes then he will have to explain to his son why they did not marry. 

Abhimanyu quickens his pace, saying now even God will not be able to explain him. 

Before leaving, Abhimanyu turns around and says bye to Akshara while she smiles at him. 

Later, Abhimanyu picks up Abheer from his school who looks surprised to see Abhimanyu dressed in Kurta and asks him if they are going to party.

Abhimanyu tells him that they have a surprise for him and shows him the car decorated with flowers and has Akshara and Abhimanyu written on it. 

Abheer becomes elated to see the car and thanks God for fulfilling his wish. 

Meanwhile, Akshara locks the house to go to the temple when a strange sensation settles upon her.

Later, Akshara gives the ingredients for veneration to Pandit Ji, telling him that Abhimanyu and Abheer will be coming soon. 

Pandit Ji asks her if her family is coming or not when Manish’s voice surprises them. 

Manish tells Pandit Ji that Akshara’s family is here when Akshara's smile widens as she sees Swarna, Surekha, Kairav, Muskaan and Suhasini standing beside Manish. 

Swarna apologises to Akshara for losing her senses to Aarohi’s death and not stopping her from leaving. 

Akshara tells her that she knows that she loves them all a lot and she does not have to apologise to her. 

Just as Akshara is about to hug Manish, her imagination becomes reality and she finds herself standing alone. 

After a while, Pandit Ji asks Akshara to call Abhimanyu to come soon as the weather is turning bleak. 

Meanwhile, Manjari is praying to God to keep Abhimanyu safe and that if his happiness is with Akshara then she will accept it too.

Later, Akshara calls Abhimanyu to come soon and he tells them that they will be there in fifteen minutes.
